The water/ice maker is great! My family are avid water drinkers so this is perfect! No complaints .... and it's sharp looking

We love this refrigerator. Our only problem was the craft icemaker quit about eleven months after we bought it. The machine sounded like it was going to destroy itself trying to function. Trying to connect to the IQ feature was an ordeal. It wouldn't accept our wifi as an acceptable means of communicating. Scanning the QR code was not much better but, finally got it to connect. After resetting the fridge the icemaker seems to be working now. But, it's only been a day. hopefully it's a long term fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This style refrigerator allows you to see more of your food, especially things in the freezer, I had read many reviews about an ice maker problem; I had no ice for a day or two but once I lowered the freezer to -4 and stopped opening the doors to look, both ice makers were ok. The shelves on the left door should be deeper, it seems there is room to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has so much room compared to my old side by side that was approx the same size. Loved it…until it stopped working. First to go was the in door ice maker. Then the freezer temp was wonky. Then the craft ice stopped. Then the fridge part fluctuated too much to trust it with anything more than condiments. That’s the worst of it. LG provided great service through the app and calls. We just received our new replacement fridge. I sincerely hope that this one works…because it’s pretty great when it does. And kudos to LG for standing behind their product and making it right.

The Craft Ice Maker is a piece of junk. I'ver had this refrigerator for two years now and am about to replace the craft ice maker for a third time. The Refrigerator is great. The upper ice maker works great. No problems with the refrigerator other than the craft ice maker. Do not waste your money on buying a craft ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a refrigerator a stove and a dishwasher all matching LG appliances top end. Had the refrigerator for three months the compressor went out sent to different repair guys they had no idea how to fix it they could diagnose the problem but had no ability to repair the refrigerator. We liked several of the bells and whistle‘s on the refrigerator but if it won’t cool it might as will be an ice chest. Stove and dishwasher another story haven’t had any problems with either of them.

We've had this for 4 months. Craft ice maker has been acting up since day 1, we finally called and service and repair within 2 days, fantastic! I love the size, there is so much room and flexibility. It's working awesomely, the water dispenser is low enough that the grandkids can help themselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model because I liked the flexibility of the convertible drawer and the separate door for everyday items. The idea of the craft ice cubes was intriguing but has had one major flaw - the noise! The first time the ice maker dropped the round ice cubes the noise was so loud I walked around the house looking to see what had fallen over! I now know what the noise is, but it is still loud and the cat is still trying to figure it out. I like the door for the frequently used items but I miss the bins on the doors for condiments. The ice maker being the reason for lack of bin depth on the left hand door
