We love the design and features of this fridge. Interior lighting is great...... BUT we have only had it for 11 months, ice makers (craft ice and door ice) went out, when they came to repair it they realized the compressor is bad too. Waited two weeks for initial appointment and repair tech didn't have a new compressor with him, so had to wait an additional 10 days to get compressor ordered. They are repairing the ice makers and compressor the same day hopefully. Have been without ice for almost a full month now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crushed ice and craft ice dispenser work well, and we like the drawer. Not enough storage in the doors. Not enough TALL storage anywhere. Even though the device is Wi-Fi enabled, the LG skill for Alexa does not work for the refrigerator.

I love being able to control the settings from my phone. Very user friendly. I would highly recommend this refrigerator .

We bought it specifically because it made craft ice, but about 3 months ago the ice maker stopped working. The regular ice maker clogs if we go away for more than three days, and has to be emptied upon our return. We love the spaciousness, the drawer that either freezes or cools - there's much to recommend this appliance. However the ice making units are faulty and we can't seem to find a way to fix them. We would never recommend this to anyone.

Love this refrigerator, but the main ice unit failed about 6 months in, warranty covered it. Then craft ice maker failed about 14 months in and my extended warranty covered it. Moral to the story, buy the 3 year extended warranty, it will pay for itself. Other than ice making units, all else has been great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in September, 2021 when we moved into a new home. We also had an LG in our old home. We like the new model even more than the old one. We love the round ice cubes made in the freezer. The door-in-door is also great. And, the convertible fridge/freezer drawer is great.

Fridge is nice, but the craft ice maker keeps breaking had to have tech come out and fix twice! Decided to turn it off! The. When the tech came out he made us feel really dumb about putting the fridge online! He has been the first one ever to even tell us about it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is nice. Big and overall a good value. At it very noisy though especially at night makes a loud humming you can hear over load action movies on TV. If we new how load it would be we won't have purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of this refrigerator! We can finally fit everything easily after a grocery trip for our family of growing teens. I also like the middle drawer for frequently used items and snacks. I've found that produce lasts much longer than in my previous refrigerators. I'm glad it has the craft ice because the door ice maker often doesn't keep up with our demand. We have had some issues with the freezer & door ice maker spontaneously defrosting but it's under warranty and the service company is addressing the issue. I would wish for a little more flexibility with the tall item storage space, but it's working out as is.

The first summer we had it, we spent 6 weeks living out of an ice chest. My LG is a dream come true. We’ve had it several months and it’s just everything. The conversion drawer is perfect. I was worried about the fridge space being too small, but the set up is fantastic and it really utilizes the square footage to maximum capacity. Definitely one of my better appliance decisions.
