[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the refrigerator last month and am generally pleased with it. There were two issues that prohibited me from rating it five stars: 1. Connecting to Wi Fi to register for ThinQ was a disaster. The instructions were not clear. Finally a phone call to technical support solved the issue, simply 2. Dispensed water is not cold after the first four ounces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had LG come out to service our fridge two times in less than 6 month. In fact, it stopped working again 6 weeks after our last repair and are scheduled for a 3rd repair this week. Our ice maker on the door does not drop ice into the bin unless you push the button manually. The freezer is falling all of my food and no longer dropping craft balls, either. While it is making ice, it does not dispense the ice into the bins. It also just leaks out the front door. We’ve had our compressor repaired. Then replaced, and had LG come out a second time to work on why it was not dumping ice or dropping temps. We’ve experienced multiple fridge still out and have lost lots of money due to this. When the refrigerator works, it’s wonderful. The capacity inside is great, and it was our favorite fridge… When it worked the way it was supposed to. Now it has been nothing but a headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very modern refrigerator with features not previously available in high end refrigerators of yester year. Fits comfortably within the space of the 25 Cu ft. one it replaced and the extra 5 cu ft. actually looks like a lot more due to the modern building materials used in this one. Door in door feature is excellent. Water dispensing is at the house pressure if not higher. Aggressive ice dispensing needs a receptor large enough to avoid spilling around. What a bright idea on the flexible middle drawer. You can use it to freeze or to defrost with a multitude of other setting in between.

The Craft Ice Maker is a piece of junk. I'ver had this refrigerator for two years now and am about to replace the craft ice maker for a third time. The Refrigerator is great. The upper ice maker works great. No problems with the refrigerator other than the craft ice maker. Do not waste your money on buying a craft ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally received my LG refrigerator and it is great. Very spacious, drawers and shelves for organizing. Love the 2 ice makers. Took about 36 hours to get the initial ice but has been great keeping up with demand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator last month. My wife loves the way it is set up with the two ice makers and the “full-convert drawer”. It has plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer for our needs.

We are so happy with our LG refrigerator. The door with the two panels is great, we don't have to open the entire fridge for just the milk or creamer. It seemed at first like we wouldn't be able to fit much in the door panels (the slots are rather small), but in reality, most of our condiments fit great and are easy to see and grab. We did have to stop buying large sizes for condiments so they would fit. The drawer is great for fruits, our kids can easily reach them without digging around in the main part of the fridge. The outside does not easily get smudged with finger prints (unless our kids touch it with dirty hands), and the ice maker/water dispenser is easy to keep clean. We did have an issue with the craft ice not working, but LG was VERY responsive and we were able to fix it with an update through the app. They followed up with us to make sure things were properly fixed. Overall, this is the best refrigerator I have ever owned!

First...we love the layout of the refrigerator..love the look, the two tier ice makers, and the large interior. The cube ice maker (makes round ice cubes) is SLOW..3 every 24. The instructions talk about switching to 6 cubes, but does not tell you how to reset it. So if you plan to entertain with these ice cubes..plan VERY far ahead. The top through the door ice maker works great. We picked this refrigerator because we liked it's look, liked it's features and did not like it's competition...kinda lesser of evils. We can't talk about quality or customer service-other reviews help us question our decision, but we will see how this refrigerator performs and how quality/customer is should we need it in the future. Other than that..for now..we love the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is nice, but we already have to have the fridge repaired. We didn’t even have the fridge for 2 days and the compressor is very loud compared to our old LG fridge (the compressor died on that one in 2 years). The compressor for the fridge runs non stop. The earliest I could get a repair company to come out was over 10 days. A&E (an L&G repair company) is coming to repair the fridge tomorrow, but they gave me a window for repair from 8am-5pm. Seriously, how can they not do better at scheduling a 2-3 hour window. The ice maker in the door works much slower than our old refrigerators (this is our 3rd LG fridge in 5 years). It takes about 2 days to fill up the container even in Ice Plus modes. The Craft Ice maker in the bottom freezer barely works. In the past two weeks that we have had the fridge, we have only got about 14 balls of ice. The main reason why we buy LG refrigerators is because of the ice maker in the door. That is a great feature. The fridge is a nice design with the four doors (our old ones were the 3 door models). My one problem with the design is that if you go through a lot of milk like we do, you have to adjust at least one side of the shelving to make room for extra gallons of milk (or any taller items) and the shelves don’t line up. If the top row of shelving could go one or two slots higher, I think I could adjust the shelves to be the same level on both sides and tall enough to put a couple gallons of milk in the shelf. LG makes great products, it just seems that refrigerators are a little bit of a problem. I just hope they can figure out the problem tomorrow as it took over 5 months to get this fridge (after the last one’ compressor failed) and I don’t really want to have to wait that long for another one if this one fails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator except "craft" ice maker makes terrible loud knocking noise. This noise sounds like some gears are slipping when the ice is releasing ice. This noise is so loud that it wakes you up at night. Service is scheduled through LG for 7/22/22.
