[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very modern refrigerator with features not previously available in high end refrigerators of yester year. Fits comfortably within the space of the 25 Cu ft. one it replaced and the extra 5 cu ft. actually looks like a lot more due to the modern building materials used in this one. Door in door feature is excellent. Water dispensing is at the house pressure if not higher. Aggressive ice dispensing needs a receptor large enough to avoid spilling around. What a bright idea on the flexible middle drawer. You can use it to freeze or to defrost with a multitude of other setting in between.

Here we are 13 months later and it’s need replaced 2 times. Both times under warranty. But what happens next time. If I would have known thjs I would have bought a different refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG refrigerator!! Love the door in door feature. The French doors, extra drawer and bottom freezer are all great! The stainless steel finish is better than another brand I had for a few weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this model for 7 months. We enjoy it, however, we had some issues with the water filter. After the initial filter was changed, we could not get filters to stay in after changing them, they would just pop off. LG was very responsive to our issues and had someone out to fix it within 2 weeks. Everyone we spoke to with LG was very kind and helpful. Overall, we are satisfied.

I researched all refrigerators and went with LG and it was the best decision ever. We love the look, the ice maker is wonderful and we have the freezer ice maker also, the deli drawer is great and love the easy access door. Great refrigerator and would recommend it highly to anyone.

This refrigerator is so spacious and allows me to organize well! Biggest plus is all the adjustable shelving and the universal drawer in the middle. Plus the craft ice is so awesome! A big issue I had was the water filter compartment! I could not get the filter to go in after removing. Had to have LG come out twice. The second time they replaced the water filter compartment. Another problem is the cover for the air filter. Very hard to get off and broke when trying to replace the air filter. LG replaced the cover. Just hoping it won't break next time I need to replace air filter.

If I knew how great this machine is, I would have replace the Refrigerator months earlier. Beside ample space and quality controls, be able to get to most use items with out having to open the whole refrigerator is a plus. Also I am a sprits aficionado, and having ice balls versus having to use molds were a plus. Thanks to my wife we got the ice sphere makers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered it in October but had a 7 week delay due to two hurricanes that impacted our area. Was able to use it for 4 months before the control panel burned up. Liked the features and look forward to having it work again soon. Hopefully no news issues for many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Really big, I thought I would use the central drawer for freezer space but we haven't needed it so it's set to deli. I love the craft ice, I set it to 6 cubes per day don't care if they are clear. The front ice storage is a little small but I just throw a craft ice in my drink and top up with regular ice and between the 2 it's plenty. Don't care about Wifi. Like the black steel, it's subtle enough that it doesn't clash with the rest of my regular steel appliances. The freezer bar did come with a big dent but I contacted LG and they fixed it right away. Honestly the installer probably did it but they didn't mention it. It's so wide that even with a standard 30" doorway they did have to take the doors and drawers off to make it barely even fit. Like the quick access thing just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked for this model for months. I had an earlier version, but sold it when my house sold. I would not own any other brand of refrigerator. This one has it all, dual ice maker, lots of room, good adjustable shelving and best of all a no fingerprint exterior. This refrigerator outshines them all in every category. I’m glad I found it, I ordered it months before the completion of our new home!
