[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of this refrigerator! We can finally fit everything easily after a grocery trip for our family of growing teens. I also like the middle drawer for frequently used items and snacks. I've found that produce lasts much longer than in my previous refrigerators. I'm glad it has the craft ice because the door ice maker often doesn't keep up with our demand. We have had some issues with the freezer & door ice maker spontaneously defrosting but it's under warranty and the service company is addressing the issue. I would wish for a little more flexibility with the tall item storage space, but it's working out as is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for almost a year. Overall, I am very pleased with everything. LOVE the Full-Convert drawer - so functional, easy to get things in and out of without opening entire fridge; excellent use of space, holds a ton of items; really like the Door-in-Door feature for same reasons; so practical. The only drawback so far - in-door ice bin jams very easily and we have had to had the craft ice maker repaired two times already. Original unit never worked properly, first repair worked great for about a month and a half; second new unit is being installed today. We really like the craft ice feature, so fingers crossed, the third time is the charm.

We are in week two of owning the refrigerator. This will be our second LG fridge, the last one was many years ago. But we liked it and really liked the features and the CR ratings for this one. Only thing I noticed in the end was I never looked to see how big our old one was and I think I may of gone over board in the size. Ended up having to have service come out and help with the wifi connection. If you do that I would suggest using a tablet vs a phone. Ran into a lot of issues with the phone and it's multiple was to connect. But service was awesome and we figured it out. Love the door in door feature, and it really helps in keeping the rest of the cooler cold. The conversion drawer was a feature we wanted, hope to use it as much as we plan to The round ice cubes are great.

We've now had it for 2 weeks and it is amazing! Love all the room, and the extra drawer that can be either a refrigerator or a freezer is perfect! And the door in door for those "everyday items" is so convenient. And the craft ice..., wow! So cool!

It’s spacious, bright, lots of options to change sizes for different items, easy to clean and the flex drawer is a great concept and well executed. The main issue is craft ice. A great concept but poorly executed. whwn it worked it was a great addition, sadly it has barely worked. Our first one failed just after a year of ownership so we had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. 2 months later, the replacement failed. The ice gets stuck in the mold and won’t fall into the tray but the machine thinks they did so it attempts to fill the mold again which just sprays water into the ice tray creating a big block of ice that is not useable. It really sucks that this is the case because it was such a fun addition. Overall I do recommend the fridge but don’t count on craft ice working unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator to replace our old side by side.so far it has performed great. My wife loves the extra room and the center drawer for smaller items and cheese storage. The only thing I would have to say is the craft ice maker is a bit on the slow side with only getting three cubes every 24hrs and the ice maker in the door could be a bit bigger but so far have not had a issue with running out of ice. The ice is the only reason I gave this refrigerator A 4 star rating. With the fridge hooked up to the internet and the app it is very easy to monitor the fridge performance.

We have really enjoyed our new refrigerator except for a few things. First we found the sizes of the condiment shelves very strange. You can’t fit a lot of the condiment bottles in some shelves. I would assume because of the ice maker placement. Next I feel like the top ice bin is small. You definitely have to plan accordingly if you’re having a few people over. You’re going to run out of ice. Lastly the craft ice maker is great… until it breaks. Which apparently it’s going to per the tech that came to replace ours. The great thing is LG extended the warranty on that particular part for 3 years so that helps. Overall we do love this refrigerator but there are a few little things.

We bought this a little more than a month ago and have been extremely happy with it. I didn't realize when we bought it that it 2nd icemaker made craft ice, would much rather have a good regular ice maker for when we have large family gathering. Craft only makes at most 6 balls every 24 hours. But they are Popular with the grandkids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is nice. Big and overall a good value. At it very noisy though especially at night makes a loud humming you can hear over load action movies on TV. If we new how load it would be we won't have purchased.

We purchased this refrigerator a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. We have had other top name appliances in the past, but the features with this LG refrigerator are great! Love the separate refrigerator drawer, the craft ice is awesome, but my favorite is the door inside the door. Quick access to all things stored in there!
