Not too happy that a year after we had to replace the compressor on it and still is acting a little strange, but LG took care of the problem with no hassle. Overall, I would say it is a very good refrigerator with plenty of room.

Great size and lots of room. Don’t buy because of the craft ice. It’s so slow to make and honestly you can make more yourself using silicone molds. That’s extra space in freezer for something else. That being said the regular ice and crushed ice are the best. My family loves it and with the kids moving back home the extra size is great. The WiFi feature is awesome so when kids leave door open I get an alert. If they sold this same refrigerator w/o t he craft ice option meaning the round balls then I would highly recommend.

Now we go to buy new appliances and she took the time to all of the new ones and went back to this one. It is easy to understand and use. The craft ice feature is one that friends say is pretty cool. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

It took me a little while to really appreciate all the good qualities this refrigerator/freezer has. It has been amazing at keeping my fruits and vegetables fresh three times longer than my old one (different brand). It's cleaver how the insta door can be opened from either side and having the adjustable shelf right inside. One of my disappointments is that I can hear the bottles on the inside door rattle when the door is closed. Also, I wish the top freezer tray came out further when the bottom drawer is opened. I Feel I have to reach in a bit far to bring it out. Ice makers are working perfectly and the ice is so clear. I would buy it again.

I have enjoyed this LG refrigerator and all its amazing features for 15 months. Layout, drawers, flip-up door, middle drawer fridge/freezer option is the best option. It is quieter, even, than my last LG that I gave to one of our kids. The craft icemaker did quit working, and their built in wifi connection confirmed it for their phone service rep. I had the replacement unit in 4 days, and installed it myself with a Phillips screwdriver in 10 minutes. Works great! Now that is service!

Delivered and set up two weeks ago. Very disappointed In the unit overall. Shelf adjustments are almost non existent. Lower the top shelf to accommodate taller items and that leaves about 2 inches between it and the shelf below. The water filter has been moved from the top left of the refrigerator to below the ice maker which severely limits the width of the shelf on the door There is less usable space in this 30 cu ft unit than in my prior 29.7 cu ft unit Very disappointed in this unit after 2 weeks and am searching for another refrigerator comparable to my previous unit

Just bought my fridge about three months ago. I previously had an LG similar to the new one but lightening hit it and destroyed it , but I loved it so much I got another LG.I have the French door model with the center full convert drawer that can be used as a fridge or a freezer and then it has the bottom freezer. These fridges have the most useable space of any fridge on the market. Love the large door shelves and the door in door option to be able to get to my most used items like creamers and condiments without opening the entire fridge , saving energy. I keep all of my meats and cheeses in the full convert drawer with the temp a little cooler to keep the meat fresher. And I also got the craft ice maker. Love it!! Also like the fact that it connects to my WiFi so I can monitor it when I’m away from home. If I had had this option with the first one I would have know it wasn’t running after the lightning strike and I could have had someone unplug and clean it out. I was out of state at the time and had no idea, so by the time I got home everything in it was rotted and invested with bugs. Which meant it was unfixable. If I had caught it earlier I could have had it fixed. The only con I have with the newer models , unlike my older one where you had multiple options of arranging your shelves in the fridge , the current ones do not. The way the shelves come are pretty much the only option. Which means I could only move one shelf that is in two sections to a little higher height and then slide the front section back so as to create a large space so that would have enough height to put tall items like my tea pitcher and milk bottles. This is a feature that needs fixed. You have to be able to have more options to move your shelves to different heights to accommodate different sized items. But all in all I love my fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had the unit about 2 months. The unit has functioned as advertised. It has all the room you may need. The specialty ice cubes do take a bit to freeze but I've had no problem keeping up with my needs. The door in the door really is useful for the items used in everyday need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my DREAM refrigerator! The outer door keeps Hubby happy. The snack drawer keeps the main fridge from being open for long periods. The French Doors - perfect for slim bottles on the left and milk & juice on the right. LOVE the freezer and the designer ice. Too many good things to list! Not one negative to say.

The fridge itself is nice but we have had to have the craft ice serviced three times in less that 10 months. It jams and doesn’t properly drop the ice. Then it will try to fill the water back up for the ice and over fills into the tray causing more issues. The sound it makes when it jams is startling especially at 3 in the morning. Resetting it does not work.
