Great fridge with tons of features! I love the craft ice feature the most. We did have a couple minor issues at first with the ice machines. But customer service was very helpful and kind. It was not a hassle or long waiting period with BS robots talking in order to reach a live person.

I bought this refrigerator 11/01/2023 and was delivered and installed 11//08/2023 exactly as was promised. I hate to say that I originally bought a competitors refrigerator. The first one arrived damaged in early August so I requested a replacement. The replacement was to arrive mid September and finally arrived late October. It was damaged. I requested a refund to buy the LG. It was a little more but I got it and it was an awesome appliance. Superior quality, more accessories, ready to run immediately.

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago although we initially had trouble getting through the door, it has operated beautifully once we did! I just LOVE the craft ice maker and especially the door in door feature. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

Had the refrigerator for three months the compressor went out sent to different repair guys they had no idea how to fix it they could diagnose the problem but had no ability to repair the refrigerator. We liked several of the bells and whistle‘s on the refrigerator but if it won’t cool it might as will be an ice chest. Stove and dishwasher another story haven’t had any problems with either of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the refrigerator for just over eight months now and really love it. The craft ice maker is a wonder for those special drinks. The regular ice maker keeps up with our normal ice usage well. The middle drawer will store frozen items, cold drinks or cheese and meats. The door in the door feature is very handy and efficient. The black stainless steel finish hides fingerprints and smudges very well. The craft ice maker emailed us about a potential problem and suggested a service call. I ordered service on-line and prompted received a text with links to some videos to try and fix on my own. The suggestions worked, and we were back in business, making craft ice. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Overall, we are very happy with the flexible storage features and performance of this refrigerator.

Previous 2 were sold with our last 2 homes. They have plenty of room in both refrigerator & freezer draw & middle draw we keep our vino & cheese . Overall they work well , kept temperature perfect & all ice makers work regularly. We have no complaints

Our new refrigerator complements these appliances with its matching color, size, shape, and overall decor. This LG refrigerator replaces an older LG refrigerator that provided us with years of outstanding service, thus we are hoping for the same with this new one.

I have had this for over two years now and I love this model. It has a door up front for easy access to the milk and it also has an extra draw for pop/beer. But I love it most for the craft ice balls! One thing that I can say is to make sure you do NOT overload the top drawer where the craft ice maker is or it will cause the ice maker to freeze up and it will be a problem!!! DO NOT overload the freezer, it has to have room to "breathe" like any other freezer.

We love the design and features of this fridge. Interior lighting is great...... BUT we have only had it for 11 months, ice makers (craft ice and door ice) went out, when they came to repair it they realized the compressor is bad too. Waited two weeks for initial appointment and repair tech didn't have a new compressor with him, so had to wait an additional 10 days to get compressor ordered. They are repairing the ice makers and compressor the same day hopefully. Have been without ice for almost a full month now.
