[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my French door refrigerator with the craft ice. I also loved the middle wine/deli drawer. Then after only 9 months I wake up to find it not working and everything melting. The compressor went out. After a week of try to get it repair it is working again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge less than a month ago. So may things to love, just a few hiccups. Lots of room, great features, LOVE the craft ice function (clear ice, very very little clouding if any at all). Would like to have had the auto fill feature for water (set to a specific ounce and push a button and it auto fills to that level) but you just have to set the level and then stand there pushing the lever. Also for some reason, our unit is loud and loud a lot. Not just 20 min or so a day, its quite for about 20 min a day. Working with warranty folks to correct. These are my only two real gripes. Like I said great refrigerator. Now lets get the "Sonic Ice" (pellet ice) upgrade going!

The design is beautiful and matches perfectly with other LG products. It provides great amount of space for food and allows for changes as needed. I love the lights and how versatile this refriderator is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has been great until we hit the 1 year point, when the Freezer stopped working. LG contracted a company to come out to fix, it took 3 trips to fix as all parts did not arrive in time and additional parts were needed. They did fix at no cost. It’s only been a couple days, but working good so far after repair.

I have to stop getting a fridge with an icemaker in the door. I had confidence that LG had figured this out, but our icemaker hasn’t worked from day one. Had the whole icemaker replaced and no good, waiting for appliance repairman to com back tomorrow and see why it still doens’t work. So frustrated. Craft ice works really well and everything else about this fridge is super great, but the icemaker issue is still such a bummer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge itself is a dream! But we had to wAit THREE MONTHS to get it and once it was delivered two of the doors were badly ‘dinged’. It is now SIX weeks later and we still do not have the new doors as promised. Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and I love it. My p[rrior fridge was so standard. This holds more food and it is the same overall size. Plus the icemaker is easier to empty, the drawers are more specialized and can be easily switched to match the content and it connects to my phone. It also looks really good in my kitchen. I plan to use LG when I have to replace other appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do like the looks and performance of this fridge. However, it's quite large, sticking out into the kitchen more than our previous model. We've gotten used to that, but not so much having to check that the left-side door is fully closed all the time. The 'flap' that 'connects the two doors often sticks back and leaves an open space between the doors. Also, we'd like to have more options for setting the shelving. There's really not enough space to place tall bottles, etc. Overall a good choice. Just takes some getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase replaced my whirlpool fridge, which was terrible and broke down every 3-4 months. The first summer we had it, we spent 6 weeks living out of an ice chest. My LG is a dream come true. We’ve had it several months and it’s just everything. The conversion drawer is perfect. I was worried about the fridge space being too small, but the set up is fantastic and it really utilizes the square footage to maximum capacity. Definitely one of my better appliance decisions.

I recently bought this, it has been wonderful! The inside capacity is great for a family of 4. I love the sphere (craft) ice,l. The only thing I wish that the is that the ice capacity if the regular ice it makes was more. We full up one 32 oz cup alf way and that's it no more ice for a few hours.. so we're back to buying bags of ice. If definitely still buy again though.
