We bought this refrigerator about a month ago although we initially had trouble getting through the door, it has operated beautifully once we did! I just LOVE the craft ice maker and especially the door in door feature. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love this new refrigerator. Love the extra multi-use drawer. We use it to keep our bottled water/drinks cold, which really frees up a lot of space in the main refrigerator area. The freezer is still quite large even with the multi-use drawer.

This new refrigerator is our first LG Applicance. The absolute best review of this appliance is that everything works like it should. We are impressed with the quality and fit/finish of the doors and drawers. While the craft ice is a great concept, I think we would have appreciated a second regular ice maker instead. Our first LG will not be our last!

We had to replace both ice makers since purchase. they were both covered with the 1st year warranty so no cost to us. Both working okay except the ice maker in the door is slow at producing ice.

Product has performed well over the last year. The space, features, and look were just what we wanted. The craft ice maker failed, but the fridge was still under warranty, so it was replaced without issue. During the repair, the technician let me know it was important to connect the fridge to Wi-Fi since they provide software updates remotely to correct any issues. Overall, very satisfied with this LG fridge and LG products overall.

Appliance repair shop had to order compressor. Refrigerator will not be working for a month. Called company where we purchased the refrigerator and they are coming to pick it up.

The external access door gets used multiple times a day and the Craft ice maker in the drawer is perfect when an adult beverage is in order. The standard ice maker is a bit on the small side so if you use a lot of ice or have a party supplemental ice will be required. For the two of us it does just fine. It is wifi enabled and you can use it to set the temperature but i wish it would also display the current temperature

After watching the self install video, we went with that option. The part was shipped and received very quickly and installation was a breeze with the aid of the video. Excellent service LG!
