This refrigerator is so spacious and allows me to organize well! Biggest plus is all the adjustable shelving and the universal drawer in the middle. Plus the craft ice is so awesome! A big issue I had was the water filter compartment! I could not get the filter to go in after removing. Had to have LG come out twice. The second time they replaced the water filter compartment. Another problem is the cover for the air filter. Very hard to get off and broke when trying to replace the air filter. LG replaced the cover. Just hoping it won't break next time I need to replace air filter.

We purchased this brand because a competitor we had in a previous home had issues from the ice maker to fan being replaced. Thinking LG would impress us or at least last a few years that didn’t happen. The manufacturer warranty will cover it right now however, come on 7mths…broken…not ok. Very disappointed. Make sure to purchase extended warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG refrigerator for several months now and are generally quite pleased with it. It offers a lot of handy features, such as 'door-in-door" beverage access, pull-out and temperature-adjustable food storage, a spacious freezer, and adjustable shelves. We've noticed that refrigerated food seems to stay fresher longer, too. We did have a problem replacing the water filter located in the door. Since the fridge was under warranty, an LG service tech fixed the problem at no charge. The only other nitpicky comment is that the temperature display in the door does not show the actual temperature inside the fridge; it's just used to set the temperature. So, we use a thermometer inside the fridge to tell us the actual internal temperature. But this is just a minor annoyance. Otherwise, we are quite pleased with our purchase, which was part of a suite of LG appliances we bought as part of upgrading our home. In addition to the refrigerator, these included a dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. We are happy with all of our LG purchases and we would recommend LG for their style, quality, reliability, ease-of-use, and value.

Connecting to Wi Fi to register for ThinQ was a disaster. The instructions were not clear. Finally a phone call to technical support solved the issue, simply 2. Dispensed water is not cold after the first four ounces.

This new refrigerator is our first LG Applicance. The absolute best review of this appliance is that everything works like it should. We are impressed with the quality and fit/finish of the doors and drawers. While the craft ice is a great concept, I think we would have appreciated a second regular ice maker instead. Our first LG will not be our last!

I have to buy ice or make sure I “store up” since the auto ice maker bin is so small Again I did read up about that so wasn’t too surprised Overall loving my new fridge My husband is in love with the craft ice

Love this refrigerator, but the main ice unit failed about 6 months in, warranty covered it. Then craft ice maker failed about 14 months in and my extended warranty covered it. Moral to the story, buy the 3 year extended warranty, it will pay for itself. Other than ice making units, all else has been great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer quality is awful because the fridge looks good on the outside but inside the system including everything overall is garbage. The fridge is made of low quality things but still, it is awfully expensive.

When everything is working this is a nice refrigerator, unfortunately, it has been problematic since it was first purchased new in December 2020. First, the compressor went out less than 2 months into use. The part was back ordered, so we were without a working refrigerator for months. Next, the craft ice went out. sometime later, the door ice went out. Then the entire refrigerator wasn't holding temperature, so LG serviced it again, replacing both ice makers and fixing whatever was causing the overheating. That was about 6 months ago. The craft ice just quit working again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy with it for the most part. It looks good and so far works well. Love the craft ice, and you still have normal ice as well. The only downside for me is the door shelves are much too narrow due to accommodation of other features (ice maker in the inside of door, etc.). If you don’t keep a lot of items in your door, it’s no big deal, I guess. I do have a lot, and these shelves fit less than half of my other refrigerator. If didn’t have my additional refrigerator with good door shelves, I may not have chosen this model
