Living in Central Florida my wife and I drink a lot of water. The drawer provides plenty of cold water bottles. The freezer is so large that we haven’t begun to use all the space. The craft ice and regular ice are just bonuses!

The drawer that can be converted from refrigerator to freezer and back is perfect for those times when your inventory "shifts". The measured fill feature is so convenient for cooking and making drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second LG refrigerator that I have purchased. There was nothing wrong with the first one, we just wanted a nice garage refrigerator. In fact, we purchased the same exact one! I absolutely love the middle drawer. We call it the sandwich drawer because we put all the makings for sandwiches in there. The door in door is also awesome. It frees up valuable space in the main compartment. There is plenty of ways to configure the refrigerator to accommodate tall items or shorter items. The craft ice is amazing! It’s fun and really keeps your drink cold for a long time. It also has regular ice for when you are filling a cooler or whatever. I love this LG model.

Ice maker door dispenser tends to clump ice and ice needs to be broken up manually to dispense. The craft ice works well and is a really nice feature. The stainless door covering is coming loose at the edges. WiFi not used.

It took several days for me to figure out how to connect to the LG app in order to change from 3 ice cubes to 6 ice cubes - bottom freezer section.

Here we are 13 months later and it’s need replaced 2 times. Both times under warranty. But what happens next time. If I would have known thjs I would have bought a different refrigerator.

The black stainless steel with the sleek lines of the four doors make it a visual pleasure. But good looks aren’t enough. This frig is excellent and easy to use. From the door-in-door access to frequently used item like milk, butter, jam, hot sauce, etc., to the flex-use middle drawer to the large freezer to the quirky-looking craft ice balls it makes, this frig hits all the pluses.

The first one we had some trouble with the mother board, but after getting an upgraded version, we no more trouble. Love the room in this new refrigerator and the craft ice maker. Still trying to adjust to where things will go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do like the looks and performance of this fridge. However, it's quite large, sticking out into the kitchen more than our previous model. We've gotten used to that, but not so much having to check that the left-side door is fully closed all the time. The 'flap' that 'connects the two doors often sticks back and leaves an open space between the doors. Also, we'd like to have more options for setting the shelving. There's really not enough space to place tall bottles, etc. Overall a good choice. Just takes some getting used to.
