This model has every feature I want, including the double door for frequently used items and a full-convert fridge to freezer drawer! I followed the instructions about tossing first ice cubes & running water dispenser to clear air from the line, so easy. I love this fridge and hope it lasts forever!

It went out after about 6 months. The warranty service was excellent, and a new ice maker was installed. Craft ice is nice.

They sent a replacement with video instructions to install on your own. Received it and installed the new craft ice maker and it is still not working and hearing a weird sound.

Thus far we discovered the craft ice maker was installed without screws and the indoor ice maker had to have the motor replaced. In both instances the LG service technicians were outstanding.

The shelves on this refrigerator shelves are very narrow. There was another 2 small compartments below the vegetable bins in the wound one that is not in the new one. There is less shelves on the freezer area. I am not very satisfied with this new product. The old one was much more practically useful. The vegetable and fruit dissection had 3 bins in the old one but now

Bought the refrigerator a month ago and had an issue with the ice maker. Called and hand a technician out the next week. He identified the issue and ordered the parts, it was fixed the next week. Everything is working as needed at this point. Love the unit we bought and the space/flexibility it provides.

Water is discharged directly into the ice container, where it freezes, without making ice cubes. Called customer service, told to download an app and download software update. Cannot get app to accept the password, response was to move routers around my home to get one closer to the refrigerator. Not a good solution.
