I recently had a service call on my refrigerator my compressor failed took took a few days or parts to come, The repair man was very knowledgeable and did a good job they fix the refrigerator and said he had to reset program, now my lower icemaker is not working. I’m not sure if he may have missed something in the programming or somehow turn off my lower icemaker ? Otherwise I love my refrigerator it is great, My son just bought a washer and dryer , and he is also very happy with the LG products !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for almost a year. Overall, I am very pleased with everything. LOVE the Full-Convert drawer - so functional, easy to get things in and out of without opening entire fridge; excellent use of space, holds a ton of items; really like the Door-in-Door feature for same reasons; so practical. The only drawback so far - in-door ice bin jams very easily and we have had to had the craft ice maker repaired two times already. Original unit never worked properly, first repair worked great for about a month and a half; second new unit is being installed today. We really like the craft ice feature, so fingers crossed, the third time is the charm.

We have really enjoyed our new refrigerator except for a few things. First we found the sizes of the condiment shelves very strange. You can’t fit a lot of the condiment bottles in some shelves. I would assume because of the ice maker placement. Next I feel like the top ice bin is small. You definitely have to plan accordingly if you’re having a few people over. You’re going to run out of ice. Lastly the craft ice maker is great… until it breaks. Which apparently it’s going to per the tech that came to replace ours. The great thing is LG extended the warranty on that particular part for 3 years so that helps. Overall we do love this refrigerator but there are a few little things.

The black stainless steel with the sleek lines of the four doors make it a visual pleasure. But good looks aren’t enough. This frig is excellent and easy to use. From the door-in-door access to frequently used item like milk, butter, jam, hot sauce, etc., to the flex-use middle drawer to the large freezer to the quirky-looking craft ice balls it makes, this frig hits all the pluses.

When we started to use it I was a little dissapointed that the temperature showing was the set temperature not what the actual temperature was in the refrigerator was.I thought it was a little odd that it took almost 24 hours to start making ice and 48 hours to start making craft ice

We have had this refrigerator for a little over a year. It has been broken since the beginning of October. It us now almost January. Have had 6 repair men out to fix issues. Each time it's a different problem and things get replaced. It was just repaired 2 days ago and already the temperature in the fridge will not hold. It's under warranty but at what point do you just get a new fridge. We absolutely loved this fridge until now. The craft ice was amazing. It's spacious and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very modern refrigerator with features not previously available in high end refrigerators of yester year. Fits comfortably within the space of the 25 Cu ft. one it replaced and the extra 5 cu ft. actually looks like a lot more due to the modern building materials used in this one. Door in door feature is excellent. Water dispensing is at the house pressure if not higher. Aggressive ice dispensing needs a receptor large enough to avoid spilling around. What a bright idea on the flexible middle drawer. You can use it to freeze or to defrost with a multitude of other setting in between.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do like the looks and performance of this fridge. However, it's quite large, sticking out into the kitchen more than our previous model. We've gotten used to that, but not so much having to check that the left-side door is fully closed all the time. The 'flap' that 'connects the two doors often sticks back and leaves an open space between the doors. Also, we'd like to have more options for setting the shelving. There's really not enough space to place tall bottles, etc. Overall a good choice. Just takes some getting used to.
