We've now had it for 2 weeks and it is amazing! Love all the room, and the extra drawer that can be either a refrigerator or a freezer is perfect! And the door in door for those "everyday items" is so convenient. And the craft ice..., wow! So cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were not told that the door ice maker is not able to supply the normal amount of ice it should. And you cannot replace the craft ice maker with a normal ice maker because it is done at the factory. Very poor chose by whomever was responsible for the design. We have to buy bagged ice.

Have owned this now for a couple of weeks. Lots of room in fridge and freezer! Holds temperature very well. Interior lighting is not very effective when the fridge is fully stocked - could use some LEDs in the back. In-door water and ice dispenser works very well. It is cumbersome to access the ice stored in the door. The craft ice in the freezer is a nice feature that makes nearly clear ice balls. Making nearly clear ice is a slow process, it makes just 3/day, but this is fine after several days. Am really surprised how effective the door in door feature is - it covers about 80% of the daily access - great!

We love the round ice cubes made in the freezer. The door-in-door is also great. And, the convertible fridge/freezer drawer is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this a month and absolutely love it. There is more room than I thought possible. The convert drawer is my favorite feature. Living in Central Florida my wife and I drink a lot of water. The drawer provides plenty of cold water bottles. The freezer is so large that we haven’t begun to use all the space. The craft ice and regular ice are just bonuses!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the new LG refrigerator. The craft ice is great. It will hold ice water in insulated cup all day along with any other beverage. It holds so much and keeps thing easy to organize. I love the snack drawer for fruit and snacks along with the drink door which we use both all the time. The water and ice in the door works great for large or small containers which make light work of filtered water for coffee makers or mixing up 2 qt of ice tea. Lastly the freezer is budge which is always a plus. The only thing tat was troublesome was getting adjusted to a new layout in the main refrigerator space but now I have it down and it is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for another LG refrigerator that failed after having it for about 8 years. This updated version is a great replacement and has tons of room. Only a couple items that I don't like but are somewhat significant. The first is the adjustable shelf locations. The lack of at a minimum one additional shelf location makes it really hard to place items in the fridge in many configurations. In one configuration the space between shelves would make that shelf unusable. The other issue is that the shelves in the doors are not as deep as my original. This makes it harder to place a majority of bottles that products come in on those shelves because the are larger in diameter than the shelf is deep. I have managed to work around these issues, but it has been a significant frustration for me. Many of the bottles that I used to keep in the doors don't fit due to width and often those same bottles won't fit on the main shelves because they are too tall. I really do like this fridge, just wish some designer would have been more thoughtful when designing the shelf layout options and granted a bit more room on the door shelves.

Sizewise, this refrigerator is great for our family, it fits the majority of our food. We love how there are different compartments to organize things, and the door in door is great for our kids. Removing one star because of the craft ice maker. It stopped working properly 10 months in. Constantly freezes over the craft ice that it cannot eject. Additionally, the craft ice is not clear so you might as well get another spherical tray for that if you are looking to use in cocktails. For us, it was good for filling up our Hydroflasks. Finally found time to call into LG around 12.5 months in and of course this fix isn't covered anymore. A bit of a bummer considering we bought an LG TV, soundbar, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and range in the span of 3 months.
