[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is nice, but we already have to have the fridge repaired. We didn’t even have the fridge for 2 days and the compressor is very loud compared to our old LG fridge (the compressor died on that one in 2 years). The compressor for the fridge runs non stop. The earliest I could get a repair company to come out was over 10 days. A&E (an L&G repair company) is coming to repair the fridge tomorrow, but they gave me a window for repair from 8am-5pm. Seriously, how can they not do better at scheduling a 2-3 hour window. The ice maker in the door works much slower than our old refrigerators (this is our 3rd LG fridge in 5 years). It takes about 2 days to fill up the container even in Ice Plus modes. The Craft Ice maker in the bottom freezer barely works. In the past two weeks that we have had the fridge, we have only got about 14 balls of ice. The main reason why we buy LG refrigerators is because of the ice maker in the door. That is a great feature. The fridge is a nice design with the four doors (our old ones were the 3 door models). My one problem with the design is that if you go through a lot of milk like we do, you have to adjust at least one side of the shelving to make room for extra gallons of milk (or any taller items) and the shelves don’t line up. If the top row of shelving could go one or two slots higher, I think I could adjust the shelves to be the same level on both sides and tall enough to put a couple gallons of milk in the shelf. LG makes great products, it just seems that refrigerators are a little bit of a problem. I just hope they can figure out the problem tomorrow as it took over 5 months to get this fridge (after the last one’ compressor failed) and I don’t really want to have to wait that long for another one if this one fails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator except "craft" ice maker makes terrible loud knocking noise. This noise sounds like some gears are slipping when the ice is releasing ice. This noise is so loud that it wakes you up at night. Service is scheduled through LG for 7/22/22.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG Fridge little over year old. Compressor gave out three weeks ago. Waiting on repair. I really loved this fridge. Disappointed it broke in such a short time. Hope when it gets fixed, it will last longer than a year. I also have LG washer and LG dryer no issues. My fridge picture after all food removed. Looks brand new.

We received our new fridge a few weeks ago. Bigger than we thought but still fits. All the features are terrific from the craft ice to the cooling drawer. It’s so deep my wife can’t reach the back of the top shelf. After install we were having issues getting the fridge to the set internal temperature. The fridge does not tell you internal temp, just the set temp. After a week we started noticing protective tape and film in corners of the doors, over vents, covering the back stainless steel inside. We now seem to have the temperature getting to the right temp. Lg should use blue tape and film to make sure the end user can locate all of them to minimize any false failures and not have the user panicking that they have a bad unit. Also still can’t get the Wi-Fi to work. My lg dishwasher connected fine. Can not figure it out. Overall a great fridge.

As our 13 year old LG refrigerator was nearing its end of life we needed to turn our attention to the selection of a new one. We chose a new LG French doors model with a convertible drawer and a door-in-door feature. It is great! There is so much more room and the placement of shelves has been very well thought out resulting in maximum flexibility. The unit is great looking and quiet.

Refrigerator is roomy and bright. Shelves are movable to allow taller items. The door on the right is nice as it allows objects i frequently need without having to open the main doors. The ice makers are terrible. Frequently thevice machine in the door has to be reset. Sprays water so that ice bin is frozen. Craft ice is even worse. I had to shut it off as the ice balls arent dispensed and it continues to poor water in the bin and creates layers of ice in the freezer. When i called customer service i was told i need to reduce the temperature from -5 to -4 as this one degree will make a difference. It didnt.

This model has every feature I want, including the double door for frequently used items and a full-convert fridge to freezer drawer! I followed the instructions about tossing first ice cubes & running water dispenser to clear air from the line, so easy. I love this fridge and hope it lasts forever!

I love the following features of this model- such as: *door in door for quick grab and go - keeps people from standing there with the door wide open! * adjustable shelving- adjusts for our personal storage needs * ice maker and craft ice ( love them both!) * LOVE the pantry drawer- can be freezer or refrigerator- great for beverages, cheeses, snacks or remove deviders and you can fit an enter party tray or large plate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] True that we are only a few weeks into using this frig. But every time I walk into the kitchen, I’m pleased with its sheer beauty. The black stainless steel with the sleek lines of the four doors make it a visual pleasure. But good looks aren’t enough. This frig is excellent and easy to use. From the door-in-door access to frequently used item like milk, butter, jam, hot sauce, etc., to the flex-use middle drawer to the large freezer to the quirky-looking craft ice balls it makes, this frig hits all the pluses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the lrmds3006s 6 months ago the craft ice maker did not work. Finally called for repair. A new ice maker was installed last week. It seems to be working. Would never recommend the craft ice maker. Would much prefer a cube ice maker. Very poor design.
