I replaced my appliances last year and I am so glad I went with an LG suite. They all work perfectly and they are so beautiful. I especially enjoy the fridge. The door in door feature is very handy and I use the center drawer for all sorts of things. Oh, and did I mention the craft ice? Love the craft ice.

I love the features, such as the door allowing quick access to items frequently used, drawer that can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer compartment, etc. The ice crusher is much better than those I have experienced on other refrigerators and the slim line of the main ice maker makes for more shelf room in the main part of the refrigerator. Lots of space and versatility in how you may want to organize stored items. Can use refrigerator magnets, also. I love my refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG Thin Q for a couple of months now and am very pleased with the functionality and variance of options with the flex draw. There is a lot of space in this unit but I will say it takes time to figure out the best way to utilize the areas. We have found that removing items from there packaging helps. The craft ice maker is definitely a bonus. I also purchased the entire kitchen suite and am incredibly pleased.

Not too happy that a year after we had to replace the compressor on it and still is acting a little strange, but LG took care of the problem with no hassle. Overall, I would say it is a very good refrigerator with plenty of room.

Love this refrigerator, but the main ice unit failed about 6 months in, warranty covered it. Then craft ice maker failed about 14 months in and my extended warranty covered it. Moral to the story, buy the 3 year extended warranty, it will pay for itself. Other than ice making units, all else has been great!

I love the following features of this model- such as: *door in door for quick grab and go - keeps people from standing there with the door wide open! * adjustable shelving- adjusts for our personal storage needs * ice maker and craft ice ( love them both!) * LOVE the pantry drawer- can be freezer or refrigerator- great for beverages, cheeses, snacks or remove deviders and you can fit an enter party tray or large plate

I bought LG fridge over the Samsung fridge because the dual ice maker feature (even my old LG got problem with icemaker just 4 years in service. Only complaint I have is the ice produce in the freezer compartment has mixed up with the frozen food smell. I wish this freezer ice maker has isolated and has box or cover. Other than that I like LG over Samsung fridge overall performance.

Overall the our refrigerator has been fine. My spouse and I both noticed that food seems to keep fresh much longer compared to our previous fridge. The french door with door-in-door design is very convenient, and the adjustable temp full-convert drawer is great at keeping drinks icy cold. It is a very quiet machine and you rarely hear it running. Having the upper ice maker in the door is convenient, but the capacity is lacking and we often run out of ice when entertaining. The craft ice is great when it works, but it is unreliable and the replacement ice maker is starting to have problems again.

The physical size and internal capacity of this refrigerator is VERY large. Despite that it runs very very quiet. Some refrigerators in a defrost/reduce internal humidity cycle are subject to noise. This unit is bright, open, adjustable and the "mini door" in the front for frequently accessed items like coffee cream is a super nice touch. I reserve the option of updating this review at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. Our last refrigerator lasted 22 years and we hope this one is with us for decades.
