The tech they sent the first time is very well trained and new right away what the problem was and rescheduled to fix it tomorrow.

It has wide adjustable shelves, spacious drawers, door inside a door, party ice, metered water, and a drawer that the temperature can be adjusted to fit either the refrigerator or the freezer. I also love having a drawer inside the freezer. Great for little hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator for 6 1/2 months and love it! It is very roomy inside and the vegetable/fruit drawers are nice and large! It is very well laid out. The freezer is also very roomy! The craft ice maker stopped working; however, they were very timely in replacing it with an upgraded version. I love my refrigerator!

Connecting to Wi Fi to register for ThinQ was a disaster. The instructions were not clear. Finally a phone call to technical support solved the issue, simply 2. Dispensed water is not cold after the first four ounces.

We are over-the-top pleased with our SECOND Door-in-Door refrigerator from LG. We bought our first one October of 2022 and we enjoy every feature so much, that when our rental property required a new one we bought LG Door-in-Door NUMBER TWO! Thanks for a great product LG!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge because I liked the sleek stainless look. The size was exactly what I needed for my large family. I didn’t initial think I would love the craft ice balls but I find myself using it more and more. I absolutely LOVE the door within a door. My husband and kids are constantly opening the fridge to get something to drink. Now it’s a quick in and out. Lastly, the convertible drawer is a great feature! . On the weekend I used it as a freezer for a large ice cream cake, two days later I used it as a fridge for all my fresh fruit and veggies. It really does cover all my needs and I really love my new fridge!

I have to buy ice or make sure I “store up” since the auto ice maker bin is so small Again I did read up about that so wasn’t too surprised Overall loving my new fridge My husband is in love with the craft ice
