Bought this fridge to replace the old fridge in our teacher workroom. It is 100% better. It was chosen because it easily fits boxes of leftover pizza (which we often have) along with a wide assortment of drinks. All this while still allowing plenty of room for teachers to store their lunch/snacks that they bring in for the week. The ice maker and water dispenser is an added bonus. The door feature is super slick also. I want this in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this model in January. It has tons of space and the layout works well for stocking up. I like to grocery shop big and stock up. This gives me plenty of space for that. I only gave 4 stars because less than a year in the ice maker died and we are having to replace that.

We are over-the-top pleased with our SECOND Door-in-Door refrigerator from LG. We bought our first one October of 2022 and we enjoy every feature so much, that when our rental property required a new one we bought LG Door-in-Door NUMBER TWO! Thanks for a great product LG!!!

It has a number of features we like - craft ice maker, dual-convert drawer, and the door-in-door feature top the list. Being able to adjust the fridge remotely is a big plus as well. We do miss a deli drawer inside the fridge. We use the dual convert drawer as a deli drawer, but if we want to convert the drawer to a freezer, we need remove the deli stuff and put it somewhere in the fridge. LG should offer a deli drawer as an optional add-on. The fridge is big, so make sure you have room. Ours sticks out 12" from our cabinets, when our old fridge stuck out 6". But, the features and size are worth it!!

We love the new features this model offers and it adds to the overall appearance of our kitchen. We strongly recommend LG to anyone in the market for a refrigerator and this model in particular.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last LG refrigerator started to have some issues last month. We couldn't decide if we should try and fix it or buy a new one. Our last LG refrigerator was 10 years old and we had very little issues with it. ( just with ice maker freezing up) I have learned that most ice makers in refrigerators have same issues. I went to 5 different stores that carry a variety of refrigerators and also looked up on consumer report. LG is one of the highest rated. And with how much I loved my last one decided to update to the one with the drawer and craft ice. So far I am loving everything about it. I love the extra space, the capability of the drawer being able to be used for refrigerator or freezer. I would definitely buy this refrigerator again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because we loved the earlier model that we had to leave behind when we sold our house. After 8 months, neither the refrigerator nor freezer was able to reach the set temperature. After an hour on the phone and two attempts, we got a technician to come out and replace the compressor (he says he replaces 50/month). A week later we have the same problem of insufficient cooling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my French door refrigerator with the craft ice. I also loved the middle wine/deli drawer. Then after only 9 months I wake up to find it not working and everything melting. The compressor went out. After a week of try to get it repair it is working again.

We have had nothing but problems with the Craft ice maker in the freezer including the original ice maker this will be the 4th one installed…in addition to that the refrigerator doors did not close properly the center partition is supposed to flip into place when you close the doors we had it for a week and started noticing everything was warm in the fridge I found the problem late at night when I saw a light was on between the doors when I closed it…finally got that fixed…very unhappy with LG and there service department
