I love the following features of this model- such as: *door in door for quick grab and go - keeps people from standing there with the door wide open! * adjustable shelving- adjusts for our personal storage needs * ice maker and craft ice ( love them both!) * LOVE the pantry drawer- can be freezer or refrigerator- great for beverages, cheeses, snacks or remove deviders and you can fit an enter party tray or large plate

Both technicians were great and once they were on the case things went well and quickly. But it took almost three weeks to get someone out to our house and many texts and messages to finally get them there. Frontier Dispatch didn't really seem to know what they were doing but all's well that ends well I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for another LG refrigerator that failed after having it for about 8 years. This updated version is a great replacement and has tons of room. Only a couple items that I don't like but are somewhat significant. The first is the adjustable shelf locations. The lack of at a minimum one additional shelf location makes it really hard to place items in the fridge in many configurations. In one configuration the space between shelves would make that shelf unusable. The other issue is that the shelves in the doors are not as deep as my original. This makes it harder to place a majority of bottles that products come in on those shelves because the are larger in diameter than the shelf is deep. I have managed to work around these issues, but it has been a significant frustration for me. Many of the bottles that I used to keep in the doors don't fit due to width and often those same bottles won't fit on the main shelves because they are too tall. I really do like this fridge, just wish some designer would have been more thoughtful when designing the shelf layout options and granted a bit more room on the door shelves.

A really great fridge which has filtered water and filtered air. It has no flaws after years of use. The freezer is free of frost, the foods stay fresh everywhere, including the door where I keep milk. The ice maker was a problem at first but now its been years since I had a problem with it. It is nice and quiet. Seems to use less power than other brands because the compressor is unique. It does not use a motor, instead uses magnets with only one point of contact instead of the usual 4. All in all, I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned the refrigerator for less than a year. It has the craft ice feature. If you are someone who uses a lot of ice I would not purchase. Very slow production in door and craft ice. I purchased the black stainless steel and it started peeling around the handle. LG was great at resolving issue, but I fear this problem will continue. Overall the design and function of the French door and adjustable temperature drawer is great! Just don’t know if the plus outweigh the negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge in January’21, and the compressor failed by mid-June. We had a repair tech come out and he replaced the faulty compressor (apparently some of this model was made with a compressor that has been identified as a “problem child” while other models have the good version. Of course I get the crappy one. Haha. Anyway, after all the hoopla, we now have a working fridge again, and I still love this fridge!

We have had the unit for about 5 months and in that time the main circuit board and the compressor had to be replaced. The refrigerator has good features but there is the constant worry of what will go wrong next and if we will continue to have these problems after warranty. The service repair people were excellent but I wish that I'd never met them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very modern refrigerator with features not previously available in high end refrigerators of yester year. Fits comfortably within the space of the 25 Cu ft. one it replaced and the extra 5 cu ft. actually looks like a lot more due to the modern building materials used in this one. Door in door feature is excellent. Water dispensing is at the house pressure if not higher. Aggressive ice dispensing needs a receptor large enough to avoid spilling around. What a bright idea on the flexible middle drawer. You can use it to freeze or to defrost with a multitude of other setting in between.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to really like about this fridge. Overal size, door-in-dor, multi-purpose center drawer. And if we weren't having to have the ice maker replaced after 1 month, this would be a 5 star review. A couple other nits: we didn't know that it takes about 24 hours to make the 3-6 "craft ice" balls. But maybe you shouldn't be having that many cocktails anyway. We do like the craft ice though and have gotten used to the pace. Also, it would be nice if the dividers in the center drawer could be removed, rather than just relocated. Would provide more flexibility.

I purchased this refrigerator over a month ago and it has been the best decision I ever made. The features are amazing! It is very spacious and comfortable. I love this appliance so much that I recommended it to my sister and she just purchased hers last week.
