[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in September, 2021 when we moved into a new home. We also had an LG in our old home. We like the new model even more than the old one. We love the round ice cubes made in the freezer. The door-in-door is also great. And, the convertible fridge/freezer drawer is great.

I love the convenience of the door that holds just the milk, etc. without having to open the entire refrigerator. I adore the round ice cubes—so fun. Lastly, I am a big fan of the convertible drawer which is currently set to deli. All the things I complained about in my last refrigerator seem to have been corrected in this model. I am very happy.

My wife and I really like our new refrigerator. Love the door in door feature. The only thing that I'm not super thrilled about is the ice and water dispenser. It seems like you have to push a button to wake up the refrigerator, then push the same button again to switch to that selection. You cannot switch selections midstream either. Like if you are dispensing ice and want to switch to water, you have to pull the cup away push the button and then put the cup back in the dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this refrigerator! Everything is so well thought out and there is just SO much storage. Our previous 'fridge was a similar size but always felt over-crowded. This one feels bigger and more open because of the shelving options well designed separators. And the door-in-door holds so much! We store most of our wine and adult beverages there and we use the multi-purpose drawer for meats and cheeses. The ice maker works fine for us and it is fun having the craft ice option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 14-year-old side-by-side fridge with this huge and modern beauty less than a month ago. Although we’re still figuring out the best way to take advantage of all of the amazing features, we are thrilled with the efficient layout. The door-in-door feature keeps us from having to open the big doors for those frequently-used items. The middle drawer is also great for those things we use often. The craft ice is so nice to keep our iced tea really chilly for much longer, and doesn’t dilute as quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very satisfied with our previous unit but its' reliablity was dropping fast with several major failures. This unit is amazing. It's so big our groceries almost get lost in it. It is also much quieter and we love the quick access door. We're still learning how to organize our food because it is so useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this refrigerator and I am really pleased with it. There is a lot of room inside the fridge and I am still working on filling it up, I wasn’t expecting it to be so large inside so that’s a win! One of the features that I didn’t expect to like so much is that you can select how much water you want, 4oz 8oz 16oz and 32oz. The 4oz and 8oz are really handy when it comes to making a bottle for my baby. I didn’t know how much I would appreciate that until I had it. I would say the only downside is that the door doesn’t make as much ice as I was hoping. My husband and I agreed that the saving grace was that it makes craft ice as well. It makes for good backup ice when the door runs out. The craft ice is kind of cool but I think I would prefer if it made regular ice instead. So all in all I would say I’m pretty happy with my purchase, if ice is my biggest concern it’s definitely not the end of the world haha.

To tell you the truth I was a little worried about ordering this. But now that I did I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It took 48 hours for the craft ice to start working but just like the directions said it would take 48 hours it started dropping ice. I wanted to use the 3 drawer as a freezer, but my husband wanted four other things. I’m glad we made that choice also because I put lunch meats and cheese and yogurt and soda cans in it. Take some time getting used to the extra door and the door to access the milk and juice and small items but we’re both in our 60s and it takes some time for us old people to except change. Loving this option! There’s only one small down side is but there is so much room. It would be hard to find things in the back. That was easily fixed with small plastic containers that I can pull forward and then push back with ease. Again I’m very excited with my purchase!

The convertible drawer is such a nice feature, and I can imagine using it to stock beverages for parties. I can't imagine having to use it for an extra freezer, because the one below is so big! Craft ice is really cool, too. Just love everything about this fridge!!
