We've had the fridge for two weeks now. Good thing we kept our old fridge as this one is not making ice as quickly as we thought it would. We have the fridge set for 33 degrees, but it's only 44 degrees. The freezer is set for -7 but it is currently only +8.7. If it doesn't start cooling like it should, it goes back at the end of the week.

Bought the refrigerator a month ago and had an issue with the ice maker. Called and hand a technician out the next week. He identified the issue and ordered the parts, it was fixed the next week. Everything is working as needed at this point. Love the unit we bought and the space/flexibility it provides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this refrigerator large, but everything is so convenient and the shelves are deep. Love that I don't have to open the whole refrigerator to get something I use all the time, such as milk, mayo, ketchup, etc. Also, love the craft ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago for the crisper. It's deep enough that I can put a whole head of lettuce in it. The ice cube maker is in the door so it doesn't take up shelf space. Just wish I could have the lower ice maker to make cubes instead of craft, but it maybe operator error.

I love the convenience of the door that holds just the milk, etc. without having to open the entire refrigerator. I adore the round ice cubes—so fun. Lastly, I am a big fan of the convertible drawer which is currently set to deli. All the things I complained about in my last refrigerator seem to have been corrected in this model. I am very happy.

I have had this for over two years now and I love this model. It has a door up front for easy access to the milk and it also has an extra draw for pop/beer. But I love it most for the craft ice balls! One thing that I can say is to make sure you do NOT overload the top drawer where the craft ice maker is or it will cause the ice maker to freeze up and it will be a problem!!! DO NOT overload the freezer, it has to have room to "breathe" like any other freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the LG frig. The craft ice maker stopped working but LG sent service guy who just put in a new one. Turned out it was just jammed with a round ice piece. At that time, however, the service man replaced the compressor saying that it probably would fail in the next year so LG was replacing them before failure. I like proactive maintenance like that and don’t think I see it much now-a-days. The WiFi does not work. Some kind of glitch. Will not connect with my IPhone or iPad, nor my sons android phone but that is not a problem with the actual refrigerator. Overall we do like this product a lot and very happy with LG customer service so far.

We bought this really nice, high end refrigerator back in November and was very happy with our purchase until mid March when both the standard ice maker and the craft ice maker stopped working. After having two different LG technicians come to repair the unit, it's still not producing ice as of 4/22/21.
