I researched all refrigerators and went with LG and it was the best decision ever. We love the look, the ice maker is wonderful and we have the freezer ice maker also, the deli drawer is great and love the easy access door. Great refrigerator and would recommend it highly to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been eyeing this LG refrigerator for a few years now, waiting for the $$ and right time to remodel my kitchen. I was finally able to do the remodel and I'm thrilled to say that I absolutely love this fridge! The door-in-door and the freeze /fridge option of the middle drawer are so convienient! The layout is great and there is so much room for everything that it looks half empty even when I have all loaded in all my meat, fruit, & produce. I couldn't be more pleased with this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had LG come out to service our fridge two times in less than 6 month. In fact, it stopped working again 6 weeks after our last repair and are scheduled for a 3rd repair this week. Our ice maker on the door does not drop ice into the bin unless you push the button manually. The freezer is falling all of my food and no longer dropping craft balls, either. While it is making ice, it does not dispense the ice into the bins. It also just leaks out the front door. We’ve had our compressor repaired. Then replaced, and had LG come out a second time to work on why it was not dumping ice or dropping temps. We’ve experienced multiple fridge still out and have lost lots of money due to this. When the refrigerator works, it’s wonderful. The capacity inside is great, and it was our favorite fridge… When it worked the way it was supposed to. Now it has been nothing but a headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Really big, I thought I would use the central drawer for freezer space but we haven't needed it so it's set to deli. I love the craft ice, I set it to 6 cubes per day don't care if they are clear. The front ice storage is a little small but I just throw a craft ice in my drink and top up with regular ice and between the 2 it's plenty. Don't care about Wifi. Like the black steel, it's subtle enough that it doesn't clash with the rest of my regular steel appliances. The freezer bar did come with a big dent but I contacted LG and they fixed it right away. Honestly the installer probably did it but they didn't mention it. It's so wide that even with a standard 30" doorway they did have to take the doors and drawers off to make it barely even fit. Like the quick access thing just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good features and flexible layout for organizing all your goods. 2.5 years into ownership my unit had a compressor issue and stopped cooling. While annoying, service was arranged and repair made within 2 days completely under warranty for minimal hassle. My repair guy, Don, even came back to address another related issue 2 weeks later. I texted him personally in the morning and he came by and made the fix THAT SAME DAY by 5pm. I’d prefer if it worked flawlessly, but the stellar repair service pretty well makes up difference.

We have had this refrigerator for about a year-great features, including the craft ice, which is always a pleaser for family and friends. I appreciate the linkage to the service status (LG app) so that I can run diagnostics if needed. Recently, I got a call and email from LG service letting me know that they had received an error report on our icemaker. They set up a service call and took care of the issue within a very short period of time. Now THAT is service well done!!!!

There are two things I wish could be better. 1) The magic Ice has a habit of falling out of the back of the bin. The back of the bin should be higher 2) No commands available with my Alexa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great arrangement of shelves and drawers. The flex drawer is fantastic. The lower freezer is very easy to keep organized due to the top shelf and bottom buckets. The round ice is the best. THE BEST. It's funny how a simple glass of water with a single round ice cube can just make your day.

It’s the best thing we’ve ever bought. We love that we can check the temperature on an app when traveling. We love that it makes craft ice too!
