We bought the original refrigerator in October 2021 and the craft ice maker started making a loud and obnoxious noise, so we had it fixed only to have to replace it two more times and now we are outside the warranty, and it no longer works. Sad that LG hasn't come up with a long-term fix.

We love the middle drawer for snacks and sodas too! The double ice maker is a great feature. You can make Large Ice Balls for drinks.....my husband loves them and you can make Craft Ice at the same time in the upper ice maker!!! Its Crazy Good ice too!!! We love this feature and all of the room this refrigerator has. Its a GREAT refrigerator!!!

We’re on a first name basis with our service guy as he’s here so often. Shout out to Timothy Smith - he’s great! But we still don’t have craft ice. LG is very aware of the issue yet continues to sell the product with hoes it doesn’t happen.

I have owned this item for almost 2 months. I really like the layout and size but am still getting used to the freezer on the bottom. The craft ice maker broke within the first month of use. LG service replaced the craft ice maker very quickly and with no issues.

The door in door is great for our most used items, including my grandson’s snacks, for easy access! There is so much space! The filter in the door doesn’t take away from space in the refrigerator either. The fact that you can choose between more freezer space or more refrigerator space with the drawer is amazing! i could have lived without the craft ice but since I have it, that too has been a big hit! Not only does my human family love it, but so do my fur babies. They can play and hydrate at the same time. Haha I honestly don’t have a negative thing to say about it!!

We received our new fridge a few weeks ago. Bigger than we thought but still fits. All the features are terrific from the craft ice to the cooling drawer. It’s so deep my wife can’t reach the back of the top shelf. After install we were having issues getting the fridge to the set internal temperature. The fridge does not tell you internal temp, just the set temp. After a week we started noticing protective tape and film in corners of the doors, over vents, covering the back stainless steel inside. We now seem to have the temperature getting to the right temp. Lg should use blue tape and film to make sure the end user can locate all of them to minimize any false failures and not have the user panicking that they have a bad unit. Also still can’t get the Wi-Fi to work. My lg dishwasher connected fine. Can not figure it out. Overall a great fridge.

Sizewise, this refrigerator is great for our family, it fits the majority of our food. We love how there are different compartments to organize things, and the door in door is great for our kids. Removing one star because of the craft ice maker. It stopped working properly 10 months in. Constantly freezes over the craft ice that it cannot eject. Additionally, the craft ice is not clear so you might as well get another spherical tray for that if you are looking to use in cocktails. For us, it was good for filling up our Hydroflasks. Finally found time to call into LG around 12.5 months in and of course this fix isn't covered anymore. A bit of a bummer considering we bought an LG TV, soundbar, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and range in the span of 3 months.

Our old refrigerator was showing signs of failing as it was unable to maintain proper temperature levels. After researching the types on new refrigerators available and reading reviews of them we decided on the LG. We're so glad that we did. We love it's features and the appliance's obvious excellent quality. The Thinq WIFI feature is particularly nice. We weren't sure about how we would like the craft ice feature but now that we have it we wouldn't want to do without it. The interior of the refrigerator is well-designed and very convenient for for storing and accessing items of various size. In summary, this is a great product.

We are so happy with our LG refrigerator. The door with the two panels is great, we don't have to open the entire fridge for just the milk or creamer. It seemed at first like we wouldn't be able to fit much in the door panels (the slots are rather small), but in reality, most of our condiments fit great and are easy to see and grab. We did have to stop buying large sizes for condiments so they would fit. The drawer is great for fruits, our kids can easily reach them without digging around in the main part of the fridge. The outside does not easily get smudged with finger prints (unless our kids touch it with dirty hands), and the ice maker/water dispenser is easy to keep clean. We did have an issue with the craft ice not working, but LG was VERY responsive and we were able to fix it with an update through the app. They followed up with us to make sure things were properly fixed. Overall, this is the best refrigerator I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the Refrigerator but in the first six months the ice cube maker in the door broke. At about 9-10 months the craft ice cube maker broke. At the 1 year and 2 months the craft ice cube maker broke down again.
