We needed an upgrade from our old LG. This unit is great. It has so much storage space. The middle drawer can be an extension of the above refrigerator or the below freezer. The split front door provides easy access to many items and is so easy to open. The water filter is now hidden behind a storage shelf on the door, giving more storage room on the top shelf. The new style ice maker is a joy to use.

It does not make ice fast enough and I have placed it on the highest setting for ice cubes. It is the most frustrating feature. I have a family of 5 so I don't recommend for large families.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is very upset, as he now has competition with a fridge (because I love the fridge). In some reviews people have mentioned that the fridge doesn't have a lot of space for tall items. When I was stocking the fridge I ran into that issue, but I ended up moving one shelf up, turning it into a cheese shelf (because it was bite very narrow) and then I had enough space for tall items. I was surprised there no cover on the filter, it's behind a clear shelf. I thought being able to see the file would bother me, but when I put a few condiments on the shelf I no longer even noticed the filter. We don't have a water line set up yet to go to the fridge, so I can't comment on ice or water. We had to move the fridge when it was full), and a feature I haven't seen listed before and no one has comment on is how easy it is to move even when full. My husband and I got on either side, ready to struggle with the huge fridge, but in the end I was able to move it myself with ease. I love this fridge

I bought this refrigerator 2 months ago . I can’t use the ice cubes or the water in the door. Have had service out. Have replaced the water filter. The water smells bad and tastes bad. Cannot use these expensive features. My tap water tastes better and does not smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this product in October and it was delivered the week of Christmas. Today (03.31.21) a service tech is coming out for the 5th time to attempt at repairing the freezer. Again. I’m so frustrated. I wish I wouldn’t have purchased this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this model for 7 months. We enjoy it, however, we had some issues with the water filter. After the initial filter was changed, we could not get filters to stay in after changing them, they would just pop off. LG was very responsive to our issues and had someone out to fix it within 2 weeks. Everyone we spoke to with LG was very kind and helpful. Overall, we are satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this refrigerator large, but everything is so convenient and the shelves are deep. Love that I don't have to open the whole refrigerator to get something I use all the time, such as milk, mayo, ketchup, etc. Also, love the craft ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I brought this product and after about two weeks the freezer stopped working it stops making ice and I got an error code I'm currently still working with the repair people in order to get it repaired and then we'll see how that goes
