We are so pleased we bought this. Love the door in door, and the craft ice. Initially we didn't think we would use it much, but, surprisingly, we do. We use the Flex Drawer as a freezer right now. However, we know we can easily switch it to the refrigerator setting if we choose. Overall, it has worked so well for us and the support we have gotten from LG has been superb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product and was broke in the first month of purchase. It was a hassle getting it fixed . Parts came faster than I thought. Just left me with a sour taste and still not happy a 4k frig and it breaks in 30 days.

We have had this fridge for almost a year now and have realized we paid for upgraded features that in hindsight weren't all that necessary. The door in a door feature is nice but realistically you cannot store much other than a couple gallons of milk. Juice, 2-liters and other taller liquid items must be stored inside the fridge on the shelf that has the moveable portion. Not all that convenient. We really thought we'd enjoy the middle drawer but honestly having more fridge space would have been preferred. Plus the dividers in the middle drawer are unable to be fixed in place and always sliding. The craft ice balls are fun but they don't produce many each day and true to other reviews, we've had to have our craft ice maker replaced. Luckily we were still under warranty. It's a beautiful fridge, but we could have paid less for a model with less fancy features and more internal space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this refrigerator a few months and the compressor went out. We lost food. The service technician came out and replaced the compressor. The refrigerator worked for about a day and then the compressor kicked off. We lost food again. Another service guy came out and said that the compressor had moisture in it. He cleaned it and it is currently working. I'm afraid it will stop working again and leak water on the floor for the 3rd time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator! Plenty of room! We use the pull-out drawer as additional refrigerator space for butter and cheese. The top part is so big we have a hard time filling it up! The quick access door is very handy for putting things that are used the most often. The two part freezer drawer makes it easy to organize.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased on 09/18/21 & got it delivered on 10/29/21. Arrived in perfect shape. I love to 2 different ice makers. Was really worth the waiting period. Has good bright inside lighting & BEST of all is .....lots of room! I converted the middle shelf into a freezer instead of a frig drawer. I love it! Ha! Ha! I still have not even removed the plastic covering to protect it from finger prints. It makes a lot of ice so living by myself I turn it off when full. The best LG Refrigerator I have come across. Also will go through LG warranty company instead of going through the seller .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our fridge for about 2 weeks now. Working well, and very roomy. I am a bit disappointed in the craft ice as it is not a perfect circle. It usually has a small area that is not filled and can stand on that area without rolling. I expected it to be a full and complete ice ball. It is not.

We checked out many fridges of this size and capacity and no other had the smart layout or the door in door feature. We had our adult children over for mothers and fathers day and they really enjoyed the craft ice for their drinks. An instant hit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this 21 months and now temp wont stay where it was set. spoke with LG and they claimed this was normal for it to vary 10 degrees. They strategically build new refrigerators/products to go out around warranty. I have 2 refrigerators in my garage (reaches temps of 90 in garage) & shop (reaches 110) that are both better refrigerators. one was made in the 1970's and the other 1990's. I dont understand how we have regressed with electronics. Actually i do because it is a money grab.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over a year. It has been broken since the beginning of October. It us now almost January. Have had 6 repair men out to fix issues. Each time it's a different problem and things get replaced. It was just repaired 2 days ago and already the temperature in the fridge will not hold. It's under warranty but at what point do you just get a new fridge. We absolutely loved this fridge until now. The craft ice was amazing. It's spacious and beautiful.
