[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this 21 months and now temp wont stay where it was set. spoke with LG and they claimed this was normal for it to vary 10 degrees. They strategically build new refrigerators/products to go out around warranty. I have 2 refrigerators in my garage (reaches temps of 90 in garage) & shop (reaches 110) that are both better refrigerators. one was made in the 1970's and the other 1990's. I dont understand how we have regressed with electronics. Actually i do because it is a money grab.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago , we had a log before and got 18 years out of it, so we decided to give It a go again . So fair so goos ,happy other than one shelf doe not align well with the other , seems maybe the cavity is slightly deformed

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago although we initially had trouble getting through the door, it has operated beautifully once we did! I just LOVE the craft ice maker and especially the door in door feature. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with this refrigerator the moment it arrived. For the first time ever I can fill my refrigerator and still see/find what I need. Nothing is lost, I don't have to rummage, and there is room for everything. I love the half door that opens to get the things I use a lot without having to open the entire refrigerator. For me it's the best designed refrigerator I've ever owned. The craft ice is an extra added bonus that I enjoy much more than I thought I would too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do think this is a nice unit. I do wish that the shelves on the door with the ice-maker were a little wider. Most bottles of small condiments don't fit. The drawer that coverts to refrigerator or freezer is a nice touch and adds extra space for the refrigerator. Another feature I like is the door in door it allow for you do access item that you frequently use without opening the whole door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago. I owned almost the same one prior to this.the Is not as good as the old one. The shelves on this refrigerator shelves are very narrow. There was another 2 small compartments below the vegetable bins in the wound one that is not in the new one. There is less shelves on the freezer area. I am not very satisfied with this new product. The old one was much more practically useful. The vegetable and fruit dissection had 3 bins in the old one but now

We bought this refrigerator a month ago after our previous model no longer worked. So far it is very similar and has the features we appreciated about the old one and some updates which make it better. Our only complaint so far is that the water dispenser is extremely slow, but that is not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things. So far we are enjoying our new fridge/freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is very upset, as he now has competition with a fridge (because I love the fridge). In some reviews people have mentioned that the fridge doesn't have a lot of space for tall items. When I was stocking the fridge I ran into that issue, but I ended up moving one shelf up, turning it into a cheese shelf (because it was bite very narrow) and then I had enough space for tall items. I was surprised there no cover on the filter, it's behind a clear shelf. I thought being able to see the file would bother me, but when I put a few condiments on the shelf I no longer even noticed the filter. We don't have a water line set up yet to go to the fridge, so I can't comment on ice or water. We had to move the fridge when it was full), and a feature I haven't seen listed before and no one has comment on is how easy it is to move even when full. My husband and I got on either side, ready to struggle with the huge fridge, but in the end I was able to move it myself with ease. I love this fridge

A really great fridge which has filtered water and filtered air. It has no flaws after years of use. The freezer is free of frost, the foods stay fresh everywhere, including the door where I keep milk. The ice maker was a problem at first but now its been years since I had a problem with it. It is nice and quiet. Seems to use less power than other brands because the compressor is unique. It does not use a motor, instead uses magnets with only one point of contact instead of the usual 4. All in all, I love it.

The top ice maker stopped making ice, the try got locked up and I nor tech could unlock it. While waiting on tech to come for first issue the Craft Ice Maker was not dropping ice, it was froze up then water was just dumping in the ben and making a loud banging noise. Tech advised that one needs to be replaced. (really). and of course on back order.
