I brought this mattress a year ago and I'm shopping for a replacement. It started off well, it is way to soft my back can't take it.

Bought it a week ago took out of the box 3 days ago will only go 9 inches high and it’s supposed to go 12 inches. Very disappointed.

I’ve only been sleeping on it a week, but happy with it. It’s a big warm. Soft , but supported . Expanded instantly and no odor

I would prefer to pick up my mattress at the local Sam's Club after online order. If it’s delivered to my apartment and left outside my door, I’m worried that someone might steal it. I’m willing to pay the delivery fee. Is this possible?

Searchd other websites comparing prices.This had the most bang for your buck got lucky and snagged this for $499 Doesn't have the weird chemical smell. Not a bad deal for a king size bed! Me personally I like firm id say 7.5 out of 10 firm wise.

The queen beds will never flatten out after removing from the box. I bought three of them and they’re all the same. See the attached picture. Don’t waste your money on the boxed mattress.

Horrible hard I'm up every night because I hurt I put a topper on it helped my old mattress was softer. But after 15 years one tended to roll to the middle sure wish I had it back

First time I laid on it seamed kind of firm. However after sleeping on it for several months now I love it. Very comfortable. Never wake up with any aches or pains. I actually look forward to going to bed now. Works for my 225 lbs.

After 2 and 1/2 years this mattress started sinking on both sides it's been a month and a half that I've been trying to get a refund and still nothing! 🤬
