I bought this mattress yesterday. I returned it this morning. Thank God Sam's has an awesome return policy. So what's wrong with it? It feels like I slept in a sinkhole. It's also super hot. Cooling foam does not work. I woke up and ran to take a shower. So, if u like sleeping in a hot sinkhole, buy it. Otherwise, serta makes other amazing products.

We bought this in the summer after reading so many great reviews. It's such a hard mattress. And even after adding a $200 mattress topper, my husband and I wake up so sore. Not sure if I should contact Serta or Sam's Club for any kind of option.

Came with big stains

Sams keeps deleting my reviews! Recieved a used mattress with head stain, butt dip, and flattened side. Was in an unmarked box and clear bag that was shrink wrapped Now have to rebox which is impossible to return via fedex, or gl to sams club store to return a 125# mattress.

This is so disappointed I purchased this Serta SleepToGo 12" Gel Memory Foam Luxury Queen Mattress Just a few months ago I unpacked set up and left it alone till next day. It never occur to me to measure it, just two weeks ago my daughter came over telling me that she want it to buy one for her self. For my surprise I found out that the matters I purchased is NOT 12” is only 10” Very disappointed I paid for a 12” or 10” Photo not included because it keeps giving me a error message

Had the bed for over a month and agree with the person that said it was fine for heavier people. I'm not sure if the guy that said he was 240 lbs was reviewing the correct mattress, but I'm closer to 300 lbs and there is very limited sinking and turning over is not a problem. Consumer Reports rates this mattress very high even among spring/foam fusions and the more expensive $1000-2000 beds. They even rate it a 7 out of 10 in firmness, which I agree with. If you are looking for something similar to laying on concrete, then maybe this isn't for you, but if you want something with mid-high firmness, you'll be more than happy with it.

This is the first review I've ever left but I think it's important and hopefully it will prevent someone else from having problems. I bought this mattress due to back issues. It started out great-for a few weeks. Within the first month it got a very large dip where I sleep that is so bad you can see it when the bed is made. After two months I rotated the mattress and now there is a dip in the new spot. For reference, I weigh 120 pounds. My back is worse than before I got the new mattress. I have only had this mattress for a few months. I have much less expensive memory foam mattresses that I purchased for my children from another company that have held their shape for over 5 years and are clearly higher quality products. This mattress is terrible. I regret ever buying it.

I bought this bed almost a year ago and I just love it. I no longer wake with back pain nor leg aches...I slept amazing...and being memory foam when my husband or the dogs move the bed doesnt move. I am going to buy another for my vacation home for my company.

This product is a memory foam & latex foam mattress. I don't believe it's a hybrid. I don't think there are coils in it. It comes delivered in something like a 2x2x4 cardboard box. The mattress is vacuum packed in plastic, folded in half, and rolled up. Once you cut it open, you have to let it expand for a few hours, even a day would be good. I would recommend that you don't throw away your old mattress just yet! After opening the new one, let it sit in the garage for 2 weeks prior to using, as the outgassing fumes are terrible and most likely not good for your health. After replacing the old mattress with it, you should run an activated charcoal air filter in the room for a couple months to take out the remaining VOC's that outgas.

Purchased this bed and the mattress corner edges never expanded to full size, Sams told me in order to return the bed has to be in the box, but if it was a regular mattress I could easily return it without even bringing the mattress back mind blowing experience.
