(1) Arrived in a large, tall plain brown box. My concern is that Sam's club sold me returned and/or used mattress. (2) Mattress has a stain on one side. (3) Mattress does not feel like the same model SertaSleepToGo that I purchased and enjoyed twice before. The previous mattresses were in a Serta box with convenient wheels. (4) Sam's Club will not accept a return in the store. They are requiring that I stay home for a pickup. So, I would have to take off from work to return the mattress. I am 100% dissatisfied. Heading over to Sam's Club now to request a full refund for my plus membership.

We bought this mattress to replace a pillow top that was only about 5 years old because my husband and I were both waking up with back and neck pain. BAD plan! This mattress may be the worst thing I've ever slept on. The floor would be more comfortable. It's hard as a rock, to the point that our shoulders hurt and our arms go numb from sleeping on our sides. The fabric cover on the mattress is wrinkled and it never did expand to 12" (we've had it almost a month now.) This may be one of the worst purchases we've ever made. I'm hoping either Sam's or Serta will take it back because it's miserable. Don't waste your money on this garbage. This thing doesn't deserve any stars.

Within a month there was a hole/indentation in mattress that just got worse over the months. weigh 170 pounds, so not a big person and for this mattress to already have a huge depression in the mattress is proof of design/material flaw. DONT BUY INTO THE FOAM MATTRESS CRAZE! They all are horrible and designed so you have to replace every few years instead of 10-15 yrs for spring. This mattress is so bad is laughable.

I purchased this mattress 5/6/2017. Within 6 months to a year of owning the mattress, the memory foam began to lose it's integrity by slightly sinking in the spots where you consistently lay. I weigh 110 lbs, so that is pretty disappointing. This memory foam sure does "remember" the spots where you sleep. I am now sleeping in the middle of the bed where there seems to be the best support. Fortunately, my Sam's club is allowing for me to return this mattress with my receipt 4 years later. I should have returned it sooner, but it is such a pain to return such a large item.

How can Sam’s sell something marked as a 12” mattress, which as others have also stated, is only 10”?? Also, how can Serta package as a 12” mattress, when no more than a 10” mattress?? Mattress is fine, but thought I was purchasing the product advertised and /disclosed on the box. Disappointing!!!

I have purchased several beds in boxes from Sam's over the years and loved them. However, this did NOT make me happy. The bed only rose to 9.5" and I waited 48 hours to sit on it. It is more than firm and so small my bedding doesn't fit... I will be returning!

I needed a new a mattress but didn't want to spend a fortune. Had a friend that had this in king-size and I slept so good, that I see existed to buy this in queen. The best purchase I've made . My back doesn't hurt in the morning now. And would definitely recommend it to friends who like a more firm mattress.

I rolled the dice on this mattress with the negative reviews in mind because of the 10 year "no hassle" warranty and the price/value. So far this has exceeded our expectations, and the mattress is firm but quickly contours to give the right amount of support. No more aches or pains! As a disclaimer, I transitioned from a fairly new pillow top mattress with a 2 inch serta topper. Surprisingly, the mattress is cooler than the previous 2 inch topper because you don't get the memory foam taco affect. After 48 hours, the mattress also expanded to 11.5 to the 12 inch mark as advertised, which was a common complaint. Hope this helps others!
