I bought this mattress in a twin 4 years ago. Love it. Slept on it every day. So bought another in queen size. Putting the twin in another room and sleeping on queen size now. Comfortable and opened up nicely both times.

I weigh about 450lbs. I usually wake up every 1 1/2-2 hours in my old mattress. Since day one I've slept through the night peacefully waking up only once a night.

I have had this mattress just over a year. A couple months ago it started sink in the middle, causing you fall towards the middle of you sleep on one side. This makes it very difficult to sleep.

This is a really good mattress if you're looking for one on the firm side, it is super comfortable, back & shoulder pain are almost gone after less than a week.

Amazing products we were suspected when we saw that small box in our driveway, expecting a queen Mattress. But after reading the instructions and let it take place we are really satisfied this mattress is really comfortable

We tried this mattress but had to return it after the second night. It was like sleeping on the floor. Sam's Club gave us no problems with the return.

We purchased this mattress for our RV. It is comfortable, not too firm but good support. I sleep well and wake with no backache. Only con would be the foam smell has taken a while to go away. The smell does not bother my husband though.

I bought this mattress 3 months ago and it's already sagging and soften. My back hurt so bad, I couldn't get up in the morning. I has 10 year warranty but only after 3 months it's sagging and deformed. Don't buy it or you'll be sorry.

I ordered this mattress because I needed it for surgery recovery. I never received it, Sams said I can't return it through them, it has to be with Serta even though Sams charged my account. Gave me phone number with no resolution.

I bough a queen and a King they are both as hard as a rock, I was expecting something a lot better form Serta and It’s 10” not 12” they both are going back to Sam’s club. What a waist of time having to bring them back to Sam’s.
