[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting since April for my range It finally was delivered and installed on aug 27th 2021, yay. My model is the stainless steel NX60A6511SSAA and it looks so nice in my kitchen. I'am still in awe of all the features but wish the booklet was more helpful. The grill works great also the convection and air fry are a great added bonus. I even connected to the Smart things app I like that feature you program oven temperature, time and then when ready to cook just click on the stove to put it on. the only thing you can only use the oven light though the app. I didn't see the oven light on the stove panel. I haven't used the self clean yet because my oven is still clean. I also put a liner on the last rack to catch drips and spills and did it for the top of the stove. works great since the liners catch the drips and then you just wipe clean. wifi works great you need to scan oven code on front and takes you to the site to download the smart things app. I'am very happy with my new Range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I'm not big on cooking I do appreciate the ability to cook on gas than electric. In my recent house purchased it was configure with an electric stove. Adding a gas line was my first priority. In saying that, this campaign came right in time, because any day I would've been purchasing a Samsung range, considering I participated in the refrigerator a year ago. Pro Modern Feel - the range really compliments my kitchen and my Samsung refrigerator. Griddle - I really enjoyed using it. My pancakes literally had no stick. They were light and fluffy perfectly browned the way I like them. Baking - I haven't had a chance to use the air fyer yet, as this way of cooking is new to me. However I've baked a few dishes in and they're all baked to perfections. I've baked cookies and casseroles. Timer - I used the time all the time, it has a cool interesting alert tone. I think I was a little confused at the beginning figuring out what was minutes, seconds, and hours... but I've gotten it down now. Cons Burners - So , one of my burners won't come on unless I light it with a separate source. I also feel the fire that's immitted from the burners are very high. It's almost as if too much gas is being emitted from the burners. It typically settles down when I place a pot over it, but it can be intimating at first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this stove! The rapid boil is something I've longed for, and so happy to finally have it. But I'm glad to be able to air fry and use convection bake in a fully sized oven, instead of a small little tabletop version, and it's a lot quieter than anything else I've used so far. I love being able to turn on my oven remotely to start pre-heating through the app, makes it a lot easier to make sure it's ready to go, even if I'm still in the car on the way home. Also, I personally enjoy baking, and I love how it's able to handle multiple sheet pans at once, without having to worry about space. Coupled with the different bake settings (convection specifically) means my baked goods always turn out wonderful.

I used the non-stick griddle yesterday for the first time and was amazed at how much I could cook as well as how good of a job it did. I made sausage patties and links, as well as cooked three over easy eggs at a time, and they were perfect! I didn't even have to add any oil! I can't wait to keep cooking on this stove. Clean up is also a breeze! Everything cleans up under the grates so easily, and the griddle was a quick was as well. Also, being able to preheat the oven from another room is a huge plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super sleek and modern looking range. heats super evenly which was a problem with my last one. i love that I can connect to it from my phone. Super easy to use, only dislike is the sound it makes when the timer goes off, kind of an annoying beep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new range about a month now and we are really amazed at it many features. The oven in any mode is right on the set temp. We have grilled great pancakes, panini's and great melts, the grill is only one of the features that make this range outstanding. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. We haven't had had it long enough yet to give a full assessment. I am slowly learning how to use the Air Fryer and I think I will like it. I baked some cookies and they came out fabulous in the lowest cooking time recommended.

I've had this range under a year and the oven temperature arbitrarily drops while cooking. It takes almost half and hour to heat to 350 degrees and then does not maintain temperature. I am constantly rechecking the temperature now, but while food is cooking I have to manually restart the heating process. Food is either burnt or undercooked. We had a service tech come and after after working on the oven, told us it should be in good working order. After he left, I'm back to square one with the same issues. I see others have the same issue with the Samsung, I will probably not purchase another Samsung Range after this experience. Warranty expired March 31, 2023, so now we are stuck with this. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

so far so good and really love the oven and stove top. my oven has an air fryer setting but it seems not to be that great. but it could be that my oven didnt cone with an air fry tray like samsungs other air fry models. and fir sone reason i didnt get a users manual to explain how to use the different feature. i only received an installation manual. so far so good i just wish i had a users manual and an air fryer tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically it is beautiful. Have had it for a month now and I haven't had any issues with the way it cooks. The convection and air fryer options have been wonderful as I no longer need a counter air fryer. I couldn't be more pleased with this range. Being WiFi capable is a game changer!
