The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star review is that I'm old fashioned and would prefer an actual owners manual instead of having to go to the Samsung webpage to read about oven use.

I huge improvement over our last oven. Wasn't expecting such a difference. The stove top works great too. It is a little bit difficult to keep the top looking clean but there are products that help keep it looking great.

The convection oven cooks really well and evenly. This range is WiFi connected to the SmartThings app, and that's where I took a star off. We still probably have some more to learn, but something as easy as setting the clock has to be done through the app.

I had to call Samsung customer service to get instruction to set up smart feature to control by my phone. Smart only control the range, not control the cook top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this oven a few weeks ago and I'm happy I did, it air fries perfectly. Its ability to convection bake is unmatched, and it somehow even has a dehydrate function, I can't recommend this oven more. It's perfect. All 5 burners are perfect

Quick heat burner and sauce burners work well and feature I didn't think I needed but now I won't do without. Easy cleaning stove top and self clean feature allows for different lengths of time. However best feature is smart oven so I can check if oven is off remotely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way it cooks, but…hate the instructions (it's easier to set from my phone) AND the fact that it's advertised as including an air fryer but does not include the air fryer pan, and the pan is on back order seriously makes this one annoying item.
