We wanted to switch from a gas stove in our new home back to electric, which we were used to from our previous house. Most important for us was a clean and easy to clean look, which this model offers. We have been trying it out for three weeks now and love it. Installation and setup was easy and intuitive, including the connection to WiFi, though I am not sure we will ever use this feature. But it works, and I get alerts on my phone and watch when the oven has reached temperature, for example. The air fry option seems to work well and we have been able to heat up food just as quickly and good as in a small tabletop air fryer we had been using before. The oven is huge, with plenty of room for even large dishes. The cooktop works very well too, and we especially like the selectable element size for two of the larger plates. Makes it easy and more energy efficient to use different size pots and pans. The unit is also surprisingly quiet, compared to what we had before. We are happy with our purchase and hope to enjoy it a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new stainless steel electric Samsung range with convection, air fryer and griddle has met and exceeded our expectations for a range. This range has a ton of functions/options and they are all extremely user friendly. The burners and oven all heat up quickly. The air fryer works amazingly well and air fryer large amounts. The griddle is a great addition also, but it does make a mess when cooking as grease flies everywhere. The flat cook top is easy to clean and we lot the addl burner to keep items warm. I recommend reading the owners manual to get a good overview of everything this stove offers so you can use all the options available to you. Wifi connectivity works great. We highly recommend this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 70 yrs old and this is my first new range in at least 30 years! It’s also my first glass top range (previous was coil burners). I love my range! It fits in the same 30” space but has more burners and a much larger oven. I love having a flat surface cooktop. And I am experimenting with air frying and convection in my new BIG oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Oct. 20, 2021. It is Jan. 3, 2022. The range doesn't come with a user manual. The user has to view it online or print out a small book. Dishes that I have prepared for 27 yrs., aren't producing expected results. Pies & cookies don't fully rise and other dishes are cooked too quickly. Not sure if the range is off or what. Also, the touch pad is EXTREMELY sensitive. It can't be wiped clean without setting off the touch settings. The chime that goes off when the timer goes off is also very loud and there is no way to lower the volume.

I expected it to be very similiar to my previous Samsung range, but the controls are confusing and there was NO manual to accompany the stove for instructions. The very small booklet that came with the stove suggested going to the Samsung web site and "printing" out the manual. It should have come with the stove as I have no way to print it. Overall, not as pleased with this samsung as I was my previous one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for a month and it is such an improvement over my last range. Love the convection oven and the air fryer. When you use the timer, when it is done, the oven shuts off which is a wonderful feature. I like the digital display when it is pre heating. The oven cooks very evenly which is a plus. Using the ceramic glass cleaner every night keeps the top looking beautiful. One of our best investments was the Samsung range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't too sure about getting this stove but it matched my refrigerator so I bought it. So far it has not disappointed. It had more features than I realized, like the air fryer in the oven. One less appliance on the counter.

I bought this stove a month and IHATE IT it is the most confusing pile expensive garbage I have ever come across I am 80 years old and have used quite a few stoves in my life but this monstrosity is useless unless you are good with a computer other wise the stove is WORTHLESS

Made sure I did not buy the kind I had, because the light would not go off on top saying it was hot and then two burners went out on the left side. I was told it would cost more to fix it then I wanted to pay. I am trying to remember all the new stuff I am learning with my new range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super modern, high tech range. The look is sleek and modern. Not sure how to clean the stove top though; maybe it could come with an appropriate cleaner? There is a self clean function for the inside as well. Not sure how to do that either. The owner's manual did not provide any help on how to use most functions. Please make a manual that more useful! Detail how to use every function. There are so many great functions! Our family uses the air fry function a lot. It takes a bit longer than than a countertop air fryer but works well. The air fry basket is a good size but something should be included to catch grease and crumbs. We use a large cookie sheet. The stovetop burners are fun to use, especially the main burner with it's different ring sizes. The griddle is nice but slides around really easily, maybe add something to keep it in place. Love how it shows the temperature as the oven heats up. Oven cooks perfectly, not to quick or too slow. Overall, a great stove. My family continues to explore all the different functions, so fun!
