I bought this range to replace my old one that suddenly stopped working. The smart features such as being able to preheat and turn off the oven from my phone makes things much more convenient. The stovetop is very sleek and modern which makes it very easy to clean. It heats very fast, much faster than my old range. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

With the air fryer feature we no longer need a extra appliance sitting on our counter top. The oven is fantastic and bakes foods so evenly. The cook top burners heat up fast and stay at a consistent temperature while cooking. The smart feature hooks up flawlessly to wi-fi and helps us plan our cooking time in notifying us when the oven is at temperature.

It’s very easy to clean and disassemble for a deep clean. The smart features are incredible and the ability to preheat your oven at the touch of a button on your phone is so convenient. I will say if you are running your oven and multiple eyes at the same time it can take a little bit longer for pre-heat/reach boiling but it’s nothing that is honestly noticeable. We are slowly converting our house to all Samsung appliances because of how reliable they are!

The air-fryer is game-changer as far as ease of use and low-mess clean up! Being able to "fry" foods to a crisp without the oils is amazing. The stove looks beautiful in my recently updated kitchen!

so far so good and really love the oven and stove top. my oven has an air fryer setting but it seems not to be that great. but it could be that my oven didnt cone with an air fry tray like samsungs other air fry models. and fir sone reason i didnt get a users manual to explain how to use the different feature. i only received an installation manual. so far so good i just wish i had a users manual and an air fryer tray.

I've been preparing meals daily for over 30 years, and this is absolutely the worst range I've ever used. Constant work to keep the cook top clean. Temperature settings on the 3-in-1 burner are nearly impossible to regulate. I thought it may be just a learning curve on my part, but it continues to disappoint after close to a year of trial and error. Middle burner set on Lo will boil soup! So much for setting on Lo to simmer. Oven features like air fry are nice but be prepared to do a major cleaning of the entire oven afterwards. High upkeep with below average results.

we didn’t need a new range but wanted the flexibility that one with wifi could provide. with our busy home, being able to preheat the oven for dinner while we are on the way home from work would be very useful. when we first got the range, we were able to do that. but then a few months later they updated the app and it appears they took that feature away. you can only control it from the app if the oven is already on. this completely defeats the purpose and has made us really regret what has become a completely unnecessary expensive purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With so many features, a great price, larger-than-my-old-oven capacity, I’m very satisfied with the Samsung electric range. This is the first ceramic top range I’ve owned and it’s great. Easy to clean with baking soda and white vinegar. The bottom pull out storage drawer looks small but I can easily fit 3 cookie sheets, a cooling rack, and an 8-inch pan in there. I think the bread proofing feature will be used quite a lot this winter. Nice looking unit. Spacious. User friendly. Only complaint from me is about the obnoxious chiming that goes on and on to notify that the oven has finished pre-heating. But I figured out that I can get the chiming to stop by turning on the oven light!

Not sure how to clean the stove top though; maybe it could come with an appropriate cleaner? There is a self clean function for the inside as well. Not sure how to do that either. The owner's manual did not provide any help on how to use most functions. Please make a manual that more useful! Detail how to use every function. There are so many great functions! Our family uses the air fry function a lot. It takes a bit longer than than a countertop air fryer but works well. The air fry basket is a good size but something should be included to catch grease and crumbs. We use a large cookie sheet. The stovetop burners are fun to use, especially the main burner with it's different ring sizes. The griddle is nice but slides around really easily, maybe add something to keep it in place. Love how it shows the temperature as the oven heats up. Oven cooks perfectly, not to quick or too slow. Overall, a great stove. My family continues to explore all the different functions, so fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned it for 6 weeks. The cooktop and all standard features are great! Unfortunately, the air fry feature is horrible; the fan blows grease all over and the smoke is overpowering. I mean, quite literally overpowering. And since the same fan is used for the convection mode as well (pulsing on for only 5 sec and then off for a minute to compensate for the high-power fan) the convection mode is about the same as standard bake. It really needs a low fan setting to work properly. Other than that, it's a good product.
