No air fryer tray to be found

Love this range, but not happy that I can't use air fryer feature because it is virtually impossible to find the Samsung tray anywhere.

POOR PROCCESS OF REGISTERING

PRODUCT IS FINE BUYING ONLINE AND TRYING TO REGISTER IT FOR WARRENTY IS A HORROR. BY THE WAY THE TWO YEAR PLUS IS REALLY ONLY ONE YEAR.
