After getting fully charged, the battery drains quickly (ex. 70% level after 15 minutes of use) As per the specs of the watch, the battery is supposed to last at least 10 days. Who can I contact to return the item?

This is a great fitness tracker. Keeps me interested in exercising and provides the challenges that I need. The fact it says good morning is cute. I also love the color.

Easy to set up. Battery life is great. It does so much I primarily use for step tracking. Is a little hard to understand what all the features are. As I continue into my fitness journey I'll see what else is best for me.

If there is a way to remove the word describing the quality of the sleep I had the night before- I would love to know it. I know I had a bad night, I do t need to be told. And I'd love to remove the “Sleep Coach” section. I like the watch. It has a lot of great features- still getting used to the graphics. There was a cute free watch face that I could load onto the watch. But when I try to find information on adjusting anything on the watch- nothing I've read has been clear enough- I'm guessing by the end of my attempts. Maybe I'm just too old to understand the descriptions.

I just upgraded from the Lily2. This smartwatch is just what I was looking for. I had to charge the Lily2 every morning. That may have had something to do with the fact that it was over 2 years old. I was looking for something with a longer battery life. This Vivoactive 5 started out needing a daily charge. However, when I disabled things that I don't use, the battery lasts at least a week. I don't golf, there is no where near where I live for year-round swimming, I have no where for hiking. I have color notifications from my outside cameras, notifications of emails, etc. I love my new smartwatch!

I bought this watch two years ago and noticed a gradual decline in function. The keeper stopped keeping and the band would loosen. The watch fell off randomly and started to fall off at night resulting in inaccurate sleep metrics. Garmin replaced the keeper 4 times. The battery life declined over time and the connectivity became inconsistent. The watch gets 3 stars because when it was fully operational, I loved it. The sleep metrics, workout information and ability to customize workouts and watch faces is excellent! I also enjoyed the peace of mind with the fall detection that will notify my emergency contacts in the case of a sudden impact.

Terrible. Don't waste your time. I have turned off every optional item (pulse ox, face display, Wi-fi etc) and I can't get the battery to last more than 25 hours. I've read several Reddit posts. I've contacted Garmin directly. There is a real battery issue I had previous Garmin watches most recently the vivoactive 3. The vivoactive 5 is a lemon.

It's just really hard to use any of the watch face features. sometimes it's hard to get the time to appear. It's a watch. I will say that the monitoring features are really really good except for that it doesn't seem to have any pulse ox monitoring features that I know of.

works ok. tracks steps well enough as well as the heart rate. Few improvements needed. 1. move all the set up and preferences to the app. a lot of items like watch face and other things must be done via watch face, which is difficult. 2. if Im awake in the night, even up and about excerting myself the watch counts that as REM sleep. so not accurate there. 3. Allow user to build in a work out routine from the app, or even laptop. the watch face is very limited. all that said, not bad for $200. but would be great at $50.

I really like my Garmin watch it has a battery that lasts over a week which I just love. it tracks everything I need such as steps, heart rate, pulse ox (many watches do NOT do oxygen saturations - this does), sleep logging, it synchs seamlessly with my phone and I can get the weather on it and know who's calling. it has features I don't use like music and I'm sure there's more. This not a commercial for the watch, honest. I've owned a few different brands. I just prefer this one. it's a little on the high end money-wise since it isn't a phone too like Apple but I already have a phone and I like it just fine.
