[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is amazing the way it looks. very modern, stylish and simple to use. I feel that it will look great in any type of kitchen. The only part I would improve would be the family hub. You should be able to control all the apps via the phone.

Not adjustable! Ice and water dispenser is a horrible design. this fridge is severely lacking both in customizability and function. the ice/water dispenser is a nightmare. pros + looks good + plays music + very quiet except when depositing ice in bin cons - shelves and bins are not adjustable - small ice maker storage bin - ice dispenser throws small pieces and chips of ice all over the place which fall to the floor and ruin weed floor - water stream is too far from activation pad/button so it requires 2 hands - water dispenser points to the side - no removable water spill tray, water continuously drips down front of freezer - water dispenser drips after deactivating water and pulling away cup - danger! severe injury will result if you put a hand on each door handle and open/close either door.

I love this fridge, however there is a couple of very disappointing issue. 1) The fingerprint resistant is not strong as expected, still you need to clean the smudges. 2) This one is very annoying! This amazing fridge does NOT have a light in the water dispenser section. If you would like to drink in the middle of the night without turning the lights in the kitchen… Good Luck! You better be prepared for wet feet.

Only had this fridge for the weekend, but so far I love it!! Hub is great. Love that I can ask Alexa to play christmas music without lifting a finger. One question though. Is the water from dispenser super slow for everyone? Ours is sooooooo sloooooow that it isn't even worth waiting for it. Is that a model issue? Or maybe just ours? The line is fine and not pressed against the wall. My hubby checked the filter etc, but such a slow trickle from water dispenser.

I actually feel like I can fit more inside this fridge because of the way it utilizes it’s space - multiple shelves on the door really help.

I can post our busy schedule for the whole family to see. I love the ice and water dispenser and the fact I can play music while cooking dinner too!

when i saw this fridge in the store and tested it out, i knew i needed to buy it. the problem was that i found out that this fridge lacks the sabbath mode feature, a feature that ironically enough, is found on the cheaper models. the lack of this feature caused me to look elsewhere for a new fridge. i ended up buying the samsung fridge with the sabbath mode feature. this would have been a great fridge had it not lacked that feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung refrigerator was delivered in flawless condition thanks to the excellent protective packaging as shown in the attached photo. It's a stylish black stainless finish. The recessed handles contribute to the sleek look and enhance the counter depth size as shown installed in my kitchen. The most interesting feature is the Family Hub. It is easy to set up and has many useful apps. We love the popular music apps that sound great - especially for a refrigerator! There is adequate space inside and it runs quiet. THe ice maker location in the door is a space saver. There are a couple of feature that we wish it had: -Temperature control for a meat drawer. -Humidity control for the produce drawer. -More than one interior light. The lower half of the interior is somewhat dark (as shown in the photo) when the shelves are loaded. Overall a great refrigerator. Highly recommended.

overall, it seems to be a solid built unit. does a great job cooling with great & cool tech. at first the screen was very buggy and sluggish but after several weeks samsung released a software update, now works like butter (higher resolution would be nice). the ice maker drives us up the wall because it constantly gets clogged with ice. the ice arm that opens and closes seems like it does not completely seal and you feel that air coming through from the freezer. because of this condensation likes to build up and block the ice maker. i have to chip out the built-up ice about every week to ensure it doesn't continue to clog. last complaint is: no led with water/ice dispenser. other than those few complaints, i feel like if it was not for those it would be a solid sleek unit.
