[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung Refrigerator with Touch Screen Family Hub. This one fits in between my kitchen cabinets just well. The counter-depth design saves me some space in my kitchen (not very spacious). Yes, the 22 cu. ft. volume is not a very pleasant fact. But it is enough for daily use of my 3-people family. My son enjoys doodling using the screen. And I can also play spotify while I am cooking. That is a very nice experience.

I liked the technology integration, music,calendar,white board, photos, Art work, shopping list, internal camera,recipes and menu planning. It also integrates with my Ring system cameras and notifications. The term used by Samsung is “family hub” . The app is an important component because while grocery shopping I can view the inside of the refrigerator shelf’s. I am very pleased with this purchase.

My kids love writing in the notes, listening to music and watching all kinds of shows. Keeps a good vibe going in the kitchen. I love how many shelves and storage compartments are in this fridge. My husband had so much fun adding pictures of the family on the hub. I absolutely love Samsung. My kids love getting water and ice, they are for sure more hydrated, so easy. Love using the app to see what's inside, when your not home. Writing a list of items that need to be purchased, my husband and I can both see. I highly recommend this item. Absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new Samsung refrigerator (RS22T5561SG). This refrigerator is replacing a 14 year old refrigerator and this is proving to be quite the experience. First, the black brushed steel exterior is sleek and sexy. It compliments my black stove and equally themed Samsung dishwasher and microwave. I'm well on my way to a themed kitchen and I like it. The LCD on the front is gorgeous, large, and responsive. The speaker below the screen is clear, powerful, and has decent bass. I make particular mention of this because my family has started making frequent use of our Pandora account and streaming a lot of music in the kitchen. I was not expecting this refrigerator to become a social hub but that is what has happened. Pleasant surprise there. The interior is well lit, spacious, and easy to use. Lighting is provided by LEDs located towards the front of the refrigerator and are angled downward to better illuminate the interior. The shelves are clear glass and are well spaced. I am really liking the clear door shelves more, however, as they make it easy to see labels on bottles and jars. It is so easy to find things in here compared to my old fridge. No performance issues, really. It does a great job cooling things down and doesn't make any noise when doing so. When I initially received the appliance I was expecting it to take a while to cool things down but was surprised to find it at optimal temperatures in less than 30 minutes. The built-in fridge app stated the temperatures for both sides of the fridge. Neat. This also brings me to the Smart Things aspect of the fridge that yielded yet another surprise. My wife attached her Samsung account to the fridge and enabled the Smart Things feature. She can now receive the operational stats of the refrigerator and also receive notifications. Nothing annoying, mind you, just helpful. One of the kids blitzed into the kitchen for snacks and left without closing the refrigerator. Five minutes later the fridge began a soft chime and notifications popped up on her Samsung phone and our Samsung TV in the living room. We are really digging these features and feel more inclined to live within this Samsung ecosystem. Anyway, we love this refrigerator and the 10 year warranty helps us know we will be enjoying it for a while. ^_^

It’s very quiet and energy efficient, and it’s easy to use. I love having access to family calendar, music, and photos through the Family Hub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased many Samsung products through the years. They always have good quality and stand behind their name. The storage inside the door of the refrigerator side is nice because it is large enough to put a full gallon of milk in it. The drawers have a nice feature that if the top drawer is not fully closed the other one wont open. This is a nice feature because it prevents crisper drawer being opened. The filter is in a nice convenient Stop to change. It is located on the bottom right side for easy access. It comes with a tool to aid in filter change. The touch screen in front is great for photos, music, recipes and daily inspiration notes to the family. It has a great camera that can be mirrored to your electronic device such as a phone or tablet. If your at the store you can see what you need with a password protected capability. The freezer has two drawer on the bottom that is large enough for storage. I love the water and the ice dispenser in front of the freezer. The family has a bonus feature of getting crushed ice as well. The water is easily accessed in front of the door for great tasting filtered water. I really like the refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone.

this fridge is severely lacking both in customizability and function. the ice/water dispenser is a nightmare. pros + looks good + plays music + very quiet except when depositing ice in bin cons - shelves and bins are not adjustable - small ice maker storage bin - ice dispenser throws small pieces and chips of ice all over the place which fall to the floor and ruin weed floor - water stream is too far from activation pad/button so it requires 2 hands - water dispenser points to the side - no removable water spill tray, water continuously drips down front of freezer - water dispenser drips after deactivating water and pulling away cup - danger! severe injury will result if you put a hand on each door handle and open/close either door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this counter depth Family Hub refrigerator from Best Buy in July 2020 with 3 years full protection. There was no floor model to view. We were surprised to see only one camera that only sees top and middle shelves only. The pictures were blurry. When we went to Best Buy in early August 2020, the Geek Squad Appliance person told us to press the top reset button reset button on the door. The pictures did improve some but not all in focus I was also told to call Samsung first despite we had bought 3 year full protection from Best Buy. Anyways resetting the button the image improved slightly but not crisp picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after having this, I noted the ice maker hopper does not have much capacity, the screen could be higher on the door, the bottom drawers have a wierd clamshell closure. outside of that, it is sleek looking and I hope this will last quite a while.

I bought this in december 2022. It's beautiful. So far is working great. There are two things that I dislike. One is that water dispenser doesn't have light. This is a must feature to see exactly when filling your bottle during the night and even day. The other one is that the two drawers are at the bottom so it makes a little uncomfortable to store hamb, cheese and other delicatessen.
