I LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR!
After around a month of use, I can say I really like this refrigerator! It holds much more than I anticipated even though it is a counter top depth. The built in computer isn't just some useless novelty. I enjoy playing music when I'm "slaving away" (insert melodramatic voice). I also find it very handy to call up recipes from my internet collection or search for new recipes. There are still many features I haven't used, not because they are complex to load. I just haven't taken the time to put in personal photos, set up the calendar, etc. Not having handles to constantly be cleaning off and then trying to clean under and around is a great time saver. The finger print resistant finish really IS resistant to prints. For those that didn't like the lack of drip tray under the ice/water dispenser, I disagree. Again, it makes it much easier to wipe down and keep the space looking fresh. I keep a small folded microfiber cloth where a drip tray would be. It easily catches any drips and as a bonus, I can grab it for a quick polish of the doors, hand pulls and computer screen. I read a LOT of reviews when shopping to my previous fridge. For those who use a lot of ice, I agree, the ice capacity could be better. This is an issue with most ALL reviews I read about ALL different brands of refrigerators. We are high capacity ice consumers in my household. For more "normal" folks, ice capacity would probably be fine. Side note, my oversized expensive LG that I replaced (compressor died) also didn't keep up with the ice demands here. I keep looking for negative things I have found, but as of now, there just aren't any. If issues develop as we have had the unit longer, I will try to come back and update.
Stylish and Efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge! Everything works great, the ice dispenser, the freezer, and the water filter. I had a water filtration company test the city water coming to my house and I was amazed how efficient the Samsung filter was. We discovered that it removes total dissolved solids and chlorine so well that it exceeds the Food and Drug Administration's standards. Above all, the price is not bad at all considering all that thisfrodhe does. I will recommend this fridge to friends and family.
Sweet fridge!!!

The storage setup inside is very well placed and makes it easy to know what you have and what you need via the camera.

Great product, missing some basics.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent fridge with some technology added. I didn’t realize there was a big tablet built into it when I bought it. Only saw it online and thought it was just a window, didn’t see it was a tablet until it was delivered. CONS: -There is no light on drink dispenser, I over looked the lack of a light because this is basic and usually standard. -The camera on the inside has a very small field of view, I can’t imagine a single use for this feature. -Scratches very easily. Pros: -looks great! -Very convenient Alexa built in -Lots of possibilities and options to display stuff on Tablet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this about 3 weeks so far so go love all features only thing I would complain about so far is that the icemaker is a little small and because I have the more expensive counter depth one and the icemaker is small but everything‘s working it’s going good thus far! Mentioned that Samsung Represent Albert Sapitanan was perfect, if it had not been for him. We wouldn’t have the refrigerator.

I bought this fridge a little over a year ago and since the day we bought it the ice maker has been terrible. It barely makes enough ice for one person and when it does start running out of ice it won’t dispense all of it. Other than the ice maker the fridge is pretty nifty.

Extremely Disappointed with Samsung
I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator which was delivered on July 30, 2025. Within just 2 days, I noticed a leakage issue. I immediately contacted Samsung support, and a technician was sent to inspect it. He identified the problem as a broken pipe and assured me it would be fixed the following week and till then I should not be availing ice feature or it would cause additional leakage.If the unit has a problem why it’s not getting replaced? However it's now been over a month, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. Despite spending hours on calls with multiple agents, I’ve been repeatedly redirected between departments with no clear update or action taken. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of accountability and responsiveness from Samsung. This is not the level of service I expected from a reputed brand. I sincerely hope someone from Samsung takes this seriously and resolves the issue promptly by replacing the unit.

Awful awful refrigerator. Ice maker stopped working right after the warranty I believe that’s by design. My ice maker leaked, water ran down the water and ice dispenser, froze inside of there so now it’s blocked. Had to empty freezer and leave the door open so it could melt. It happened 2nd and 3rd time. Now it’s in the garage I’m sure it will be on the curb next. Read all the reviews for other models especially the 1 and 2 star reviews ICE MAKER IS GARBAGE!!!
