I am giving 2 stars in most due to screen. It does what ever it wants with no one around. Changing screens on its own, playing music. I have had a tech out now 1x and in process of 2nd time. The board was changed the first time and it continued along with now when tapping on a button it wont change at all or go to a different app that was not tapped on. The screen changes sizes on its own. This fridge is not even 6 months old.

I bought this in december 2022. It's beautiful. So far is working great. There are two things that I dislike. One is that water dispenser doesn't have light. This is a must feature to see exactly when filling your bottle during the night and even day. The other one is that the two drawers are at the bottom so it makes a little uncomfortable to store hamb, cheese and other delicatessen.

this fridge is severely lacking both in customizability and function. the ice/water dispenser is a nightmare. pros + looks good + plays music + very quiet except when depositing ice in bin cons - shelves and bins are not adjustable - small ice maker storage bin - ice dispenser throws small pieces and chips of ice all over the place which fall to the floor and ruin weed floor - water stream is too far from activation pad/button so it requires 2 hands - water dispenser points to the side - no removable water spill tray, water continuously drips down front of freezer - water dispenser drips after deactivating water and pulling away cup - danger! severe injury will result if you put a hand on each door handle and open/close either door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is stunning in every aspect. Although it may be only 21.5 cu. ft. It feels like a whole lot more when you open it. The LED lighting is good, however the addition of groceries knocks down the luminosity a bit when filled. The freezer section is adequate and suits this family's needs. The ice maker works great, albeit a slight delay after pressing the sensor. Cooled fresh, filtered water is a must, and this fridge delivers. The amount of shelves throughout are plenty to allow for all sorts of items. the door shelves are perfect. The Family Hub is amazing. You can personalize the screen with your own photos, get new recipes to try out, create a shopping list for your groceries. You can see inside the fridge just in case you are at the store and can't remember if you have eggs or not! If you have Pandora, you can log it and listen to your music. The food seems fresher and vegetables are crispier. I am deeply satisfied with the new fridge and have received nothing but glowing reviews from friends and family that have seen it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung Refrigerator with Touch Screen Family Hub. This one fits in between my kitchen cabinets just well. The counter-depth design saves me some space in my kitchen (not very spacious). Yes, the 22 cu. ft. volume is not a very pleasant fact. But it is enough for daily use of my 3-people family. My son enjoys doodling using the screen. And I can also play spotify while I am cooking. That is a very nice experience.

I love how I can listen to music watch the news while I’m cooking get recipes. See who’s at my front or back door. We love it. Only thing it’s missing is a way to lock it to keep my Kids out of it so much lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for almost two months. Love the touch screen info center and the features it has. Would be nice if one could be able to download a few more apps. Love the ability to customize the Home screen with family photos. Bixby commands work about 50% of the time. Ice maker is good, keeps up with demand, however when dispensing ice it has jammed up, yet can be cleared easily. Would be nice to have a little LED light in the water/ice dispenser area to see how full the cup gets. The lowest pull out drawer is a little awkward to use sometimes, as it doesn't always want to slide back in. Overall, I am happy with this refrigerator, does a very good job at keeping temps consistent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this counter depth Family Hub refrigerator from Best Buy in July 2020 with 3 years full protection. There was no floor model to view. We were surprised to see only one camera that only sees top and middle shelves only. The pictures were blurry. When we went to Best Buy in early August 2020, the Geek Squad Appliance person told us to press the top reset button reset button on the door. The pictures did improve some but not all in focus I was also told to call Samsung first despite we had bought 3 year full protection from Best Buy. Anyways resetting the button the image improved slightly but not crisp picture.

We had been looking for a counter depth refrigerator for sometime and came across this one from. Aesthetically it is very sleep and modern looking and being that it has no handles and being counter depth it makes our kitchen look bigger. Mechanically, and to my surprise, the refrigerator is extremely quiet along with the ice machine. The shelves are sturdy in the freezer and and refrigeration part although only 1 shelf is adjustable. However the fixed shelf positions are in the right spots to handle bigger items. If there is one minor issue is that the lighting at the bottom of the refrigeration part is a bit dim. The family hub is fantastic as well. We are able to put calendar entries for all of our meals and family activities for the week ahead and love the ability to make a shopping list on the hub and use the app on my phone to see what we need. And there is a wide array of app's that you can download onto the hub. Would recommend this refrigerator to anyone that is looking for a ultra modern and sleek refrigerator that is extremely quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I picked up a new Samsung 21.5 cu. ft. side by side refrigerator with a smart screen. I have wanted a smart refrigerator for a while now. If I had realized how great it was, I would have ordered one months ago! The lines are sleek, and the finish does a great job preventing fingerprints. The option I am most enjoying is the touchscreen. Both myself and my family have really enjoyed this option. It has several features and apps that are already making our lives a little easier. My kids love the homepage where you can upload photos and have them displayed on the screen. It gives the unit a nice family feel without the clutter. The whiteboard is also a fun touch. You can write messages to each other, post notes, or simply play around and use it for drawing pictures. My favorite app is the Smart Recipes app. When I am trying to figure out our meal plan for the week, this app will allow me to search up new and existing meals with a variety of options. It includes pictures of the meal so I can see what the end result will look like. Furthermore, it gives me the option to check off all of the ingredients I need to complete the dish, and then send them to my phone as a shopping list. The 21” screen is large enough that I can still see the recipe from across the kitchen when I am cooking. Overall, I have been very happy with my refrigerator and would recommend this product to any of my friends and family.
