I’m so happy I received this from my husband for Christmas. It is very durable and slightly heavy, so it has a permanent space on my kitchen counter. Whips frozen ice cream into a creamy mixture. Love the recipes that come in the manual. I will definitely be purchasing other books for more ideas.

This machine is wonderful, easy to use and clean. It is loud and needs to be to smooth and make creamy ~ for my needs~ nondairy nice cream, sorbet, sherberts, smoothie bowls & more. Dangerous. Started smoking and almost started a fire in our kitchen. We used the Ninja Creami for almost a year and then last week we went to use it and it started smoking and we thought that it was going to catch on fire. It would not turn off. My husband was able to reach around it and unplug it. It was really scary. My kids say they never want to have a ninja creami again. Lid and blade, and where it attached to the blade completely ruined.

I wish it came with more ice cream cups.

Hype is certainly not worth it. I made ice cream dust and it was tasteless. It makes a awful noise for 2.5 minutes.
