Ok it seemed a little complicated at first and I was scared to mess it up but after making a couple of things it’s a little easier. There are so many ways to use it and I’m having fun exploring new recipes! Totally worth it!

Love this machine! It’s a game changer for frozen desserts. Thinking ahead to make the base has taken some getting used to, but once the base is ready and frozen, the options are endless! The recipe book that comes with the machine is great. But, the fun has come from experimenting. Well worth the price, especially if you use it more than just occasionally.

Plan on 24 hours from prepping the mix to enjoying the results. It's a heavy machine, and powerful. It takes up a lot of real estate on the counter, where it lives because of its weight. The results are terrific. The mixes we've tried use three of the four supplied containers. You'll have more options than you'll every see in your grocery store freezer section.

Super easy & makes delicious types of ice cream! The kids love it: not only eating it but making it especially adding in the mix-ins (toppings). I love knowing what’s in the ice cream (natural, no preservatives) & making healthier options with fruit, coconut milk, etc. It comes with recipes but there are even more online!!! I also love that you make up the ice cream mixtures, freeze for 24 hours+ & it’s ready in about 2 minutes when you want to eat it. It’s also amazing if you are alone & need one serving of ice cream or everyone wants a different flavor: you mix it up, scoop out what you want, & put the container back for next time. Plus Sam’s had it for a GREAT price. I highly recommend it!

Disappointed. You basically have to make the ice cream, freeze for 24 hours after you have manually mixed all the ingredients. When you are ready to eat the ice cream you put the frozen product in the ninja device and it basically just sties it up. That’s is. Can’t tell you about anything else it does but it would have to follow the same process.

NOT a maker. Only a chopper. You have to make everything and freeze it then it only chops it up. ALSO - Extended warranty is NOT 5 years. I told customer service and they just said Oh, that's not cool. But it is still listed as an option to get a 5-Year warranty when it's actually a 3-year.

We got this for Christmas. It’s been so fun and yummy but just today the two pieces (container & outer container) fused together like it melted together and stuck. We eventually got them apart but concerning.

This item was purchased and put to the test. After the first batch of frozen goods the end result were a fiasco. Could it be that label instructions are contradictory on the instructions says no smoothies and the actual product has a smoothie button. The noise of the motor is not safe for eardrums. At time of testing I had no equipment to measure the level of decibels, but not safe.

This works very well for what it’s intended, but what I don’t like is that some of the product has made its way into the lid where the blade attaches and makes it impossible to clean. Just imagining the mold that will begin to grow in there was all I needed to return it. If they made a lid that was easy to clean would make a huge difference because I would have kept it.
