This works very well for what it’s intended, but what I don’t like is that some of the product has made its way into the lid where the blade attaches and makes it impossible to clean. Just imagining the mold that will begin to grow in there was all I needed to return it. If they made a lid that was easy to clean would make a huge difference because I would have kept it.

If you Love ice cream this is the machine for you. This machine is a game changer. The ice cream tastes so fresh and clean without all the extra additives in it. You can make your ice cream however you want with your own great flavors and toppings. I love this machine.

Plan on 24 hours from prepping the mix to enjoying the results. It's a heavy machine, and powerful. It takes up a lot of real estate on the counter, where it lives because of its weight. The results are terrific. The mixes we've tried use three of the four supplied containers. You'll have more options than you'll every see in your grocery store freezer section.

i tried to avoid one more "toy"..but i finally ordered from sam's, easy, quick, and if, at 84, it would be too hard for me to use, sam's would take a return..no return for me!!easy for me to lift container on machine, as i have frozen shoulder, and fallen bicept..but grandson did first, and then made sure i could use just fine..and..we did!! ninja can be relied on for excellent, well thot, useful, and user friendly appliances!!...recipes are great..but i use my protein drinks frozen...great buy, and fun to use...just had to decide place on counter, as i need not to be lifting myself.. ha

This item was purchased and put to the test. After the first batch of frozen goods the end result were a fiasco. Could it be that label instructions are contradictory on the instructions says no smoothies and the actual product has a smoothie button. The noise of the motor is not safe for eardrums. At time of testing I had no equipment to measure the level of decibels, but not safe.

I got this machine on mid January- I’ve used it maybe 15 times, and 3 times the machine’s blade has ripped into the side of the pint, causing plastic shreds to be in my ice cream. Ninja has replaced the part (not before asking me to pay for it??) and now it’s happened again, even with the new replacement. If they offer to replace the unit I won’t return this, but if they don’t I’ll have to return it. I can’t be worried about eating plastic.

I got a super deal on the Creami. It meets and exceeds expectations. I read a lot of reviews and most complaints were probably operator error. I have had no issues and the ice cream is better than any store bought and better consistency than and old fashioned churn. The shipping was the worst part of the experience. It took forever and there was scant package tracking. I only bought it because of the great deal but I can understand why someone would pay full price it is the ultimate at home ice cream maker.

Love this machine! It’s a game changer for frozen desserts. Thinking ahead to make the base has taken some getting used to, but once the base is ready and frozen, the options are endless! The recipe book that comes with the machine is great. But, the fun has come from experimenting. Well worth the price, especially if you use it more than just occasionally.

I am a full blown Ninja-holic! I admit it with no shame or hesitation. I am on a quest to find a Ninja product that I do not like! No regrets with the Creami. Love the Ninja Creami. I use it with my Keto Chow to make unbelievably great tasting ice cream averaging less than 2 grams of net carbs per pint! (That is not a typo ... <2 grams of net carbs per 16 ounces!)

We love this thing. It’s so fun being able to try new flavors. I love the fact that plain fruit can be used. Definitely a healthy treat. It is a bit loud but that is to be expected. The gelato is fabulous especially when paired with a complimenting sorbet flavor.
