I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I haven`t figured out how to integrate the chip reader into my current system, so I`m not sure that it works very well for my needs. However, if I could figure out how to integrate it into my system I would be very excited because I love its sleek appearance.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I`ve seen Squares before, and was excited to see what the new capabilities were. It took only minutes to connect my Square Contactless Reader to my accounts, and it has been working smoothly since then. All of the transactions I have run through it have been successful. I think it will be an asset as my business grows.

I am a small business and was first advised by the credit union I do business with to work with another option. That other one required lots of paperwork to fill out and then I waited for the equipment to come but it never did. So, I tried Square. It was easy to sign up, took only a few minutes and then I could buy the little Square reader right at my local Walmart. Easiest thing ever - great way to get paid fast! Everything was automatically sent to my bank account the next day!

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The chip reader was easy to set up and use. It is small and portable. There were a few times where I had to manually enter the credit card number due to the reader not being able to read the card or due to the card not having a chip.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion assembling product was very easy to use and get connected to my bluetooth on my iPhone. It has 2 different devices you can use to take payments. I was able to easily set up and update the App so that it connected via bluetooth to my phone. The update did not take very long and the video tutorial was very helpful. I really like this product one of the easiet products to set up and use to take credit and debit card payments by far. I used the Bluetooth device and put the cc into the square it did not take long at all for it to process. Signing was very easy to do and my customers like the choice of getting an email receipt.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I didn't have any many chances to use the product as I would have liked. I read the directions and attached the product to my iPhone. The directions were pretty straight-forward and easy to follow. Sometimes there were problems when swiping the card. I had to make sure to not swipe too quickly. I also had to hold the devise some while sliding the card through. It wasn't a horrible feat, but a little challenging if you have smaller hands. It processed everything properly. The sale amounts were put in and we checked afterwards to make sure the correct amounts were taken out.

the product is great, but the software could be tweaked. took me awhile to set it up. the key is -- don't log into your wifi first. bring up the app and log in from there. device should come with a hard wire option because, you know how unreliable wifi is. still, it is a device with very cool features that impress

The product was simple and straight to the point. I was able to easily figure out how to use the device without any prior experience. Transactions were easy, fast and made the start to.my small business the kick that it needed to push more sales with more options to pay. I love how easy it is to carry along and keep with me in my bag if I wanted to. So glad to have this device !

I felt the product was simple to put together. It`s sim0le instructions were overall outplayed well. My favorite feature was the signature outline. It made the whole process overall well thought out. I was happy with the process, sometimes i felt the connection, process was delayed a few m9re seconds than others, from start to fin8sh. I was highly satisfied. I would recommend it to business owners looking for a great way to use credit cards.
