I find this to be a great add-on to the up coming football season , the refrigerator, food, a cold drink, and the wife mowing the lawn. The chair is great for catching some shut eye also.

So far...all is well....very comfortable. Sale price was right....delivered 2 days early My only con : i wish the power controls were on the outside or top of arm rest...not where they are(inside)

Got it for Christmas. Easy to set up but a little confusing on the electrical hook ups until I stepped back and thought about it. Tray is nice but could set a little higher and be a little larger. Overall I love it.

This chair was $599 and they had it instant savings $200 off so I bought two. My previous recliners were also fake leather and split in several places after 5 years. The price was right so I went with the fake leather again. The instructions for putting it together along with the labeling was top notch. It seemed small when I assembled it but then I realized it is a different type of chair. It was only later I found that my old recliner had a lot of "fluff" which made it look bigger. I had the same amount of leg and head room as my old recliner. The chair also appears as if it is well made. The removable table is also a plus. Now the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. For me there is too much padding in the lower back area. It's nice support but in certain positions your head doesn't hit the back of the chair because your body is being pushed out.. I have to compensate by using a pillow. They could also have added more padding in the head area which would have remedied that issue too. Bottom line it appears to be a good chair and I'm happy with it.

Chair was semi easy to assemble, it took my wife and I working together to put the back on. But other than that pretty straight forward. The only thing keeping this chair from getting 5 stars is 0 neck support. Like a lot of other reviews mentioned when you lay back your basically staring at the ceiling. I was able to fix this problem by putting a pillow under my head, which is slightly annoying. Other than that though the chair is great so far and I will update my review if anything changes or happens.

I purchased this chair a few days ago, very comfortable and well built. The tray has issues though. After using it once it looked like there was a protective plastic cover that needed to be removed. Turns out it is the coating chipping away. How can I return just the tray? I really don't want to pack up the entire chair, ship it back, and wait for a new one to arrive.

A lot of the reviews complain that the USB and AC adaptor inside the right arm rest don't work and mine didn't either at first. The chair did not come with any user manual or instructions. I even looked for a downloadable one on the Abbyson website with no luck so we started reading reviews. We finally found the answer! Turn the chair over on it's left side and there is a zippered pouch with another power cord that connects the power inside the right armrest. Once I plugged that in, they all worked fine! I don't understand why they wouldn't include a simple instruction sheet explaining this, especially after so many customers have complained about the same issue. I do like the chair though and find it comfortable overall and so far it functions well.

This chair was smaller than what we were looking for. It does not have fully recline position. It did not have the dual tray support slot for both arm rest. This reclineing chair did not recline of have features on the chair we hope we were replacing. Therefore, we put it in another, that is not used that often. Very disappointing to us.

Headrest is not positioned properly, so a neck pillow is a must. Armrests have virtually no padding - extended sitting is not comfortable. Also, this chair has separate plugs for the mechanism and USB / power outlets - I don’t know why they can’t be on the same cord. Power units work fine, but I’ve only had the chair for a month, so time will tell. Overall, one of the least comfortable chairs I’ve owned. Bought online because it was 50% off…now I know why.

Nice looking chair that felt pretty good. Until we plugged it in... no power! 3 of us looked at the instructions and the chair. Wrong packing slip and chair missing a power cord. Tried a cord from another chair of of curiosity, it worked and there was power. Tried calling CSV, to discover, they're closed on the weekend. The cord attached to the chair powered the USB assembly. This was a common complaint.
