This unit is very heavy; it is easy to assemble but you will need help getting it unboxed and into your home. On mine there were some lose bolts and screws inside the bottom; some of the screw heads were striped out; we tightened what we could; minus one star for that, eh? The the motors work as they should so everything A-OK, Some of my friends find this chair very comfortable and it would be fine to watch a big wall mounted TV. I find it not for me. I some times sit with the chair back at nearly 90˚ straight up with the leg rest all the way up. Not possible with this model ( Rider power theater recliner, SHF-1939 0. The back cannot even come close to straight up and the leg rest & back work together as the leg rest comes up the back reclines. They work in unison with one button and the leg rest does not come up far enough for me. I like to sit with my feet elevated. But, this chair was advertised to watch movies in not as an all around recliner. It's me not the chair I purchased it on line from SAMs Club sight unseen. I would return it if I knew how?

I purchased 2 Travis Recliners back on 9/17/22, they were delivered on 2 separate days, 2 days apart. The first came, I unpacked and assembled a couple things and it is perfect, comfortable, exactly as advertised. The second came, I unpacked same as the frost, I noticed both front feet were broken/sheared off. The information packet that came with the chair, asked not to contact the seller, I was to contact them directly with any issues. I called them immediately, spoke to a representative, she was very helpful, she sent me an email asking for pictures of chair parts, packaging, label’s ect. I responded to that email immediately, a month went by with no contact, no further update what so ever, finally today November 5th, I received 2 replacement feet, the 2 new feet were a lot more structural then the ones that came on the chair. Besides my chair not being able to be used and sitting in a corner all disassembled for over a month I did receive my 2 new feet. Maybe if they would have just kept me updated, the feet could have been out of stock, no readily available, shipping from another country. Any update would have been nice.

We ordered this online and it had great reviews. I will admit it was easy to put together and very attractive/comfy. However, we quickly discovered the 2 USB ports and power outlet in the arm of the chair do not work. I reached out to Sam’s first who offered us a 10% discount but what I really want is a working chair. I’ve been trying to reach the manufacturer for 2 weeks now with no luck. I received a response email within a day that asked for more info and have not heard back since, despite emailing and leaving voicemails. I appreciate the offer from Sam’s club but I really just want what I paid for. I guess our only option now is to load this thing up and take it back to our local store. Pretty much bummed as this was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift.

Received my Abbyson recliner April 19th and it does not work. Been in contact with their contact and supplied all their request of pictures and explanation of the problem. They assured me they had all they need and their Tech People would contact me is 3 to 5 working days. Today is the 6th day with no contact. Because I’m in my 80’s I needed help with all the computer requests. What I was hoping to be a joyful experience is turning into a nightmare. Was considering a matching recliner if I was happy with this chair.

I ordered three of these chairs and two of them are fine. However, the third chair is missing the power cord. I called customer service (Abbyson, who is the manufacturer), and they sent a form asking for pictures and a description of the problem, which I answered on the 9th of January. The form indicated that it would take 5 - 7 days to resolve. Today is day 20 and I still haven't received a reply. I called again and my call when to voice mail. I have two good chairs and one that is of no use until I get the power cord.

My husband loves this chair! It’s comfortable and has several nice extra features like the charging ports and the table. The upholstery was very slightly damaged at the back of the seat but so minor. We declined sending it back since, with 3 small kids, it will get plenty of abuse anyway. (They drive me nuts playing with the buttons.) This chair is a great value for the price and it looks pretty good. Many recliners are just so unattractive. I appreciate the more tailored look of this one.

Not a good purchase. Was going to buy 3 of these chairs, as they were on sale. First thing found was the charging plugs & electrical plug inside the armrest DID NOT WORK. The table is a little cheesy & the outside plug on the seat side of the right armrest gets in the way while sitting (since the other 2 plugs did not work it was the only one available). Disappointed.

A few years ago I got so frustrated with a LaZboy that I gave it to my handyman. I am delighted with this new chair. In fact, after just a week, I ordered another one, and donating two less comfortable chairs to the Salvation Army. There are a number of features that make it a superior chair: moveable tray, cup holders (2), and excellent recline (enough for a good night's sleep).

Great chair, easy setup, comfortable! My husband is tall and said it could be slightly bigger however we needed something that would fit in our small area!

We love these recliners. The trey is a great bonus. They have a lot of out of site storage cubbies. The cup holders are very nice also. Yes they are comfortable also. I would recommend this recliner to family and friends.
