Recliner Travis
The USB ports, plug in right side arm pocket does not work. Called Aabyson, Sams, no one is helping resolve. Now cannot order, out of stock .
Hi Stacie! We are sorry to hear about this! There is an extra power cord to power the outlets and USB port in the armrest. This power cord can be in a zippered compartment in the frame of the recliner, or zip tied to the frame. Issues
I have bought 5 of these chairs over the past couple of years, while we enjoy the chairs, we have had 3 plugs fail a 2 tables break.
This is very unusual to hear, as this is a very popular item. Please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team to further assist at samsclub@abbysonhome.com - The Abbyson Team

Great deal
First, we just recieved this a couple days ago so keep that in mind. This chair looks great, functions very smooth and to us looks great. We just ordered a second. I like the way the arm is pretty flat, opposedto some others that had a drop off from the cushion to the cup holder area. We typically buy leather but last time we bought leather, the leather was high end and the construction of our furniture was poor(stapled hardwood) so we tried this.I like the arms that open with the european soft close hinges as opposed to shocks. These hinges are easy to adjust if the arm lid is not aligned properly. Being a cabinet maker I am very fond and familiar with these hinges. I will most likely use the usb outlets inside the arm but may not use the one to the rigt of the right leg as imy leg may be in the way. This was to be my chair and the wife was going to continue using the couch but she wanted another one after using this. I find this chair very comfortable, I am 5'!0" 240lb. It is firm and supportive to me now, hopefully that stays like that. The best part, Cmon, it is 299 dollars and 17 to ship. Flip it into the house and unbox, slide the back on and plug it in. Table is cool, I will ise it for my tablet.or food.
Thank you for such a detailed review of the recliner! We appreciate the feedback you have shared! We hope you and your wife continue to enjoy the recliner. - Abbyson Team
Great for the price, some minor issues to address
I just received 2 of these I ordered... They look the same but are made by Abbyson (Abbyson Living)... Overall I am very pleased for the price they seem sturdy (after adjustments!) and are comfortable. Before receiving them I didn't think they reclined very far, but they really do get to almost flat which is great for me (not putting backs against a wall where you'd need a good bit of extra clearance). Some minor issues : Screws on bottom rails were all completely loose on one, 3 of 4 were somewhat loose on the other so initial feelings about sturdiness were not good... But, I tightened those up (leaving enough space for the recline to operate without too much friction/pressure), re-attached the disconnected-during transport AC/DC power adapter in one, re-mounted in zip-ties it fell from, and am overall very pleased. Clearly the inside armwrest plug and USB was a dumb afterthought (it already has USB on the side, not much need for more). Very silly that either two plugs go into the wall for one chair, you run the plug from the back to the inside armwrest as I currently have done so you get the extra USB ports with only one wall socket but no extra plug, or you just don't bother with the inside armwrest power. Only other issue is the table... looks nice, has a sturdy/thick post, but the post only goes 3/4" into the receptacle, and the receptacle on each chair is not very sturdily mounted so the table slopes 10 degrees or more with very little pressure... Things will roll/slide off... I may or may not bother keeping the tables attached, but fortunately they fit into the one deep armwrest side pocket. Update : turn the chair sideways, fully unzip the power cord access panel, and you can see where the table attachment receptacle screws in... Just tightening the wing nut a lot helps, but I removed the entire thing and put some metal tape around the lower part of the securing screw since the hole in the wood was too wide and allowed for movement (also put some glue on other end of securing post as it was loose there too) then tightened it down. Not perfect but much better! Great for the price, with just some minor issues so far!

travis power recliner
I bought this about 1 month ago. The instructions are not clear and you must be sure to cut all of the cable ties. I missed one and when I reclined It pulled the plug apart and would mot come to the vertical position. I turned it over, cut the tie and plugged it back together.
Best power recliner yet
We bought 2 of these to replace a sofa. They are the 4th kind we've tried over the years. The seats are soft and cushiony. Love the stowable tray. Everyone chooses these two before the others. Good power to recline. They seem a little more compact which is nice for our smaller living room--the way it reclines seems to take less room. Also good size for short people.
The recliners seem to be a favorite in the house! Great choice with the Travis recliners. Enjoy your new recliners! We hope you choose to shop Abbyson again in the future. - The Abbyson Team

wrong dimensions listed
We liked the chair, only problem is that the dimension listed is 35 wide (which is why I bought them) and it is actually closer to 36-37 inches wide. We were using for our theater room so the dimensions no longer work unless I have 1 less chair. Otherwise seemed fine. I'll be returning them though, would keep if the 4 would fit the space
We apologize for the misinformation! We are working with our team to make the appropriate changes. The dimensions listed in the line drawing image are most accurate to the Travis recliner.
