Love these chairs.

We received our 2 grey chairs yesterday and absolutely love them. The only problem we’re having is the USB and plug in the are rest is not working. I don’t know what to do to fix this. Would have rated it a 5 but with this problem have it a 4 star.

Hi CC! There is an additional power cord for the USB and plug in the armrest. For shipping purposes, the cord is either in a zippered compartment or wrapped around the frame of the recliner. Only but if you are fairly small and it’s on sale

The chair fits for fairly small people. I am 5’3 and 140 pounds and I couldn’t imagine it being comfortable for larger people.True about the headrest… you will have to find something bc when you lie back you can’t see tv.

Worst Service in the history of my 74 years

The tray table is not level and they send an incomplete person to tell me that there is nothing wrong. I bought a chair just like it 6 months ago and no problem, but the tray table on the chair is not level and everything slides of.

USB and aux power port

USB ports and power plug inside right arm rest do not work. The external usb port on outside of right armrest does work. Otherwise, chair is comfortable and easy to assemble
