Nice looking chair that felt pretty good. Until we plugged it in... no power! 3 of us looked at the instructions and the chair. Wrong packing slip and chair missing a power cord. Tried a cord from another chair of of curiosity, it worked and there was power. Tried calling CSV, to discover, they're closed on the weekend. The cord attached to the chair powered the USB assembly. This was a common complaint.

Let me start by saying these chairs (I purchased two of them online) LOOK amazing. They immediately catch your eye when you enter the room. The leather feels great, they are sturdy, and the "spinnable" tray on the right arm is a very convenient feature. Unfortunately, I don't think this chair was made for people taller than 5'8". I am only 6'1", and the top of my shoulders reach the top of the chair in the chair's natural position. This means my entire neck and head have no support at all unless I want to stare at the ceiling. When I put the chair into reclining mode, it didn't get any better. With just my feet up and sitting with the back vertical, my ankles are at the end of the footrest, and when I completely recline, it feels like you are in a dentist's chair, as there is nothing to promote your head forward. You are literally staring at the ceiling. I've had to borrow my wife's travel neck pillow just to be able to watch TV. I wanted SO MUCH to fall in love with these, as I shopped around all summer before placing this order. They may be a perfect fit for many other people- just not me. I'll be returning them this week.

This chair was smaller than what we were looking for. It does not have fully recline position. It did not have the dual tray support slot for both arm rest. This reclineing chair did not recline of have features on the chair we hope we were replacing. Therefore, we put it in another, that is not used that often. Very disappointing to us.

Chair was semi easy to assemble, it took my wife and I working together to put the back on. But other than that pretty straight forward. The only thing keeping this chair from getting 5 stars is 0 neck support. Like a lot of other reviews mentioned when you lay back your basically staring at the ceiling. I was able to fix this problem by putting a pillow under my head, which is slightly annoying. Other than that though the chair is great so far and I will update my review if anything changes or happens.

The chairs arrived well packed and in perfect shape. We easily removed the two pieces the chair was shipped in and placed the back onto the two guides to secure the back to the base. Works better if two people assemble as it is difficult for one person to see the guides and line them up. Went very smoothly with one person lining up and one person handling the back. Push into place and all went well. With the chair on its side unzip the compartment on the bottom side and pull the power cord for the arm out . It is about a three foot cord. Set chair upright and from the left arm storage get the tray and 2nd cord out and plug it into thr chair. Then turn the switch on back of chairon . Plug both plugs in and you will have a great chair. Remember, two cords are included in different locations with in the chair. Bottom line we love the chairs. Great service on the shipping and fedex delivery was wthin the two hr windowe were tracking. This was all Christmas week. Great job everybody.

This chair was $599 and they had it instant savings $200 off so I bought two. My previous recliners were also fake leather and split in several places after 5 years. The price was right so I went with the fake leather again. The instructions for putting it together along with the labeling was top notch. It seemed small when I assembled it but then I realized it is a different type of chair. It was only later I found that my old recliner had a lot of "fluff" which made it look bigger. I had the same amount of leg and head room as my old recliner. The chair also appears as if it is well made. The removable table is also a plus. Now the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. For me there is too much padding in the lower back area. It's nice support but in certain positions your head doesn't hit the back of the chair because your body is being pushed out.. I have to compensate by using a pillow. They could also have added more padding in the head area which would have remedied that issue too. Bottom line it appears to be a good chair and I'm happy with it.

If your like back support this is it. To firm for my liking. Material is ok+ stitching ok-. One power cord + one separate power cord with power converter. Recline is smooth with good vertical extention. Arm table ok. Nice stainless cup holders removable for cleaning. Nice led controls. Power outlet in pocket with 2 USB. Arm pockets are deep, they don't quite fully open to vertical but are self closing. Assembly arms a bit of a pain lining up. Durability & reliability can't comment on. Nice buy if on sale.

First of all it was obviously repackaged, which leads me to believe that it was a return. The table is terrible (see video), it looks like the slot you slide the table into is going to break very quickly. It’s flimsy, I t has to be defective. Next- the USB ports and one AC outlet doesn’t work. Then- the chair back will not snap into the left side connection. When I look at it, it appears to be mounted incorrectly. Another problem, because he was repackaged, it was jammed into the box. You could tell he was repackaged, but I had to damage the box to get the chair out of the box. Hopefully, Sam’s club will take the chair back at the store, because the box is too damaged to put the chair back in it. So, it will not let me upload my video to show how it’s junk. The photos hopefully show the gap between the connection on the chair and the table. That causes the table to be useless because it’s so loose- and it’s just a matter of time before the metal plate where the desk shaft slides into- it will soon just come off the chair permanently.

Chair was delivered yesterday. I got it into the house and put together, but when hit the button to put it back in its upright position after reclining it pops and splinters of wood end up on my floor. I turned it over and you can tell that when the chair was built they did not center it properly so the left side is farther over than the right and is apparently hitting the wood underneath. I guess I will have to lug this worthless chair back to Sams for a refund before it breaks entirely.

In our empty nest home, we decided it was time to get new living room furniture. We started with a new sofa, we thought hmmmm why not get 2 recliners instead of a live seat. BEST DECISION EVER. These chairs are so comfy. I have reclined it back to almost laying down and had a wonderful nap. I put the footstool up to watch tv and be comfy. Having the port to charge my phone is awesome. You can bring over some food for the table put your drink in the cup holder, put the phone on to charge you never have to get up.
