I bought this last month when my previous laundry set died. I thought I had to go small to have a stackable. That's because we had a separate washer and dryer that were supposed to be stackable - once we bought the adaptor. Problem was that once all together this 5'3 person had to jump or use a stool to reach the controls. So that went into the classifieds and we bought a small stacked laundry unit. I could reach but it took multiple loads to wash for the two of us. The repairman who came out said it would be more to repair than replace. I opened the computer to a couple of big box stores, gave him my parameters and said "Choose!" That's how I got my LG laundry center and I love it! And it is full size!!

Not only are both very very quiet they wash and dry our clothes to perfection. We have limited room now that we retired and this stackable fit perfectly in our small laundry room.

I’ve gone through all the support people and followed through with all the instructions to no avail. I could have purchased a less expensive unit had I known there was going to be a problem with this one that seems to be common amongst other customers that purchased this unit. So very disappointed ☹️

Now I can’t wait to do laundry because of the ease and quality of this machine. It is quiet, my floor no longer shakes like it did when my previous washer was in the spin cycle and can wash and dry quilts and heavy bedding and have them dry on the first cycle.

This not only frees up room in our laundry room but its super easy to use. The features are amazing and i love the steam wash! Best part is that it tells you when the loads are done. I always forget to switch clothes but now thats in the past!

I bought this unit about 2 months ago. It cleans well, but the 2 star review is due to lack of options on the control panel. cycle options have pre-set options and are NOT adjustable. Such as-normal drying, you cannot lower the temperature- must be on high. I also don't like that you have to download the app to get additional cycle options. We've not been able to link the machine to the app therefore don't have access to the additional cycles. One basic feature that I would like to have standard is just a spin cycle. Apparently, it is an option in the app. The bedding cycle has a medium level spin. I would like high, but I'm not able to adjust. Bedding comes out still damp. The only way around this is to select the quick wash option and set the spin to high. Extra unnecessary step and waste of water. Due to the lack of cycle options and adjustments, I would pass on this washtower.

Washer and Dryer are both very quiet and energy efficient. The washer has many different cycles and plenty of convenient features, as does the dryer. I am very happy with this purchase and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

First time having stackable, love the room it gives me in my small laundry room and having the features in the middle is great for a short person as myself

Only have had the unit for 2 months but all signs are good. Large capacity, easy to use, features are great and nothing missing. Dryer dries clothes in one cycle. Super happy so far.
