This was installed about a month ago. We purchased the tower to save space in our small pantry/washing room. The installers were friendly and professional. I am replacing a 15 year old LG washer/dryer. This is a good, reliable, and dependable brand.

I purchased this machine in the spring in order to move my laundry from the basement to the 1st floor. So far I have only been able to use it for 2 weeks (just got the hookups in) but it is a very nice machine. The dryer seems faster than my gas one and it is overall very easy to operate and seems to do a good job of both washing and drying my laundry.

I love my Washtower but....I wish I could connect with it. Because I am running on 5g it won't connect. You would think it would connect using a higher running speed but it doesn't. I hope it will in the future (if that is possible) Other than that I love it!!

But we couldn't be happier with this machine. It's very simple to operate and extremely quiet while operating. Don't be fooled thinking these particular machines can only handle small loads you can load this puppy up much like the larger machines and still get great results. Lots of choices when it comes to wash cycles and the keypad will allow you to modify those to your liking. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a new washer/dryer. We replaced an ancient stacked washer-dryer in our new beach house. And we are so glad we did. Now instead of “old clunker,” as we called it, we have our new LG unit. It is quiet, efficient, and promises to give us years of service. We love the compact size that fits the same space but offered expanded almost full size capacity due to new technologies. It also features advanced sensors and controls that assure our laundry is done right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid lots of money to make a place for this combo. Had to remove a door to get it into place. First time I try to do laundry the dryer does not work. So if they replace it I will have to remove a door again.

We purchased this product 3 weeks ago. Depth and height of the product seemed reasonable for our typical size closet. However, when the delivery contract company installed it, they did a less than stellar job on back duct and installation. Product itself has been good but a tight fit for a standard closet.

They delivered the wrong one and I found this option when I went back to the store and talked to a different sales rep. I ended up with this beautiful unit which is the same dimensions however got a larger washer and dryer! We have a townhouse and have a small space to work with so I was very pleased to find this all in one unit. I've had other high efficiency units with the bulbous doors but this low profile flat door setup is so great for the small space this is in. A little thing but a big deal to us is the peaceful chime it plays when the cycle is done versus the obnoxious loud buzzer in our old unit that did not have an off button! Lol

We bought this approx 3 weeks ago and although I was skeptical about a wash tower because I’ve never had one or knew anyone that did I am so pleasantly surprised and I am happy with everything about it ! It’s quiet it drys my clothes in a timely manner and I love the little song it plays at the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So two months ago I replaced another brand of washer and dryer with this LG combined unit. The reviews were excellent But I was a little nervous. However, the unit is incredible. Clothes are remarkably clean and using the app, you have an incredible amount of possible cycles to pick from. I would definitely do this purchase again tomorrow.
