[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. So far I love this stackable unit. Even though it is full size it is so quiet. There are plenty of options on both the washer and dryer. Longevity is yet to be determined but we are off to a great start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my unit but it makes an awful noise when I dry my clothes. I reported it but nothing has been done to rectify it. I have been waiting to hear from the manufacturer or someone to fix it for several weeks. The settings are too high for normal washing. I think one hour and twenty minutes is too long for a normal washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with this as soon as I saw it. Very clean sleek looking. I believe LG makes the best washer and dryer. This replaced another set of LG washer and dryer which were still working perfectly after 10 years. My only complaint is that this is not as quiet as I wished. My future concern is that if only one part dies eventually I have to replace the whole unit since you can’t replace only one part. I thought of this before purchasing but still liked it enough to go ahead with it.

My dislikes are not light by dispenser light on washer and dryer don't stay on very long and anybody older or has a bad back I'd advise not to buy you are almost on the ground to put and take close out of the washer. The dyer is a nice height for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, i'm very happy having this in my home... it looks great, plays a jaunty tune when finished, can be controlled though my phone, and i think it's doing a great job? Generally trivial down sides... this machine is slow, it can take more than an hour to wash depending on selections... and the wi-fi is abominable, like if i need to use two phones, where one is connected to my router and acting as a hot spot, so the other can finalize the set up... you've done a poor job somewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our Tower Unit last month and we could not be happier. Both units perform efficiently and are very quiet. Saves space in our condo unit. Did not hesitate to buy additional LG products………fridge, stove, microwave and power stick.

Love my LG stackable washer and dryer. You can use less detergent and still get clean clothes. The dryer dries clothes faster. I am short so having the controls at eye level is great. They also look great so sleek. It has all the different features you’ll ever need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in January of 2021 - we looked at several before deciding that the LG would be our best choice. The primary factor was where the controls for the washer and dryer were located. The center control panel means no stooping and no reaching - very important as you get older. Quiet was the other consideration. The washer is almost silent, except for the spin cycle. The dryer, well it is a dryer, but we have found it is quieter than most. It has an ample number of settings and it is a joy to use.

We had our LG stackable unit installed about a month ago. We had it installed in our new kitchen and it has become a piece of art in the house. It is quiet and efficient and has worked just as we expected it to, being an LG appliance. We are so happy we opted for the best, most efficient and most beautiful unit we could find.

Straight out of the gate it's a user friendly set up. Sleek profile with a minimalist feel. The wash cycles are pretty long compared to our previous equipment. A quick wash setting would be an improvement and a better damp/dry sensor for the dryer. All in all, we recommend the washer/dryer tower.
