[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small area that this unit fits right in and looks beautiful! it's not loud and cleans clothes very nicely! When the cycle is done and the light turns on its nice to see inside incase a lost sock gets left behind! I would recommend to someone that doesnt mind having to lift your clothes from bottom to top dryer, its nice that the doors stay open if you open them... i love the song it plays when it's done too!

I have never had an issue with water pressure with old washer and dryer. The pressure coming into the house is 75lbs. The water co. we use checked it. A plumber also checked it. They each say it is related to how the washer is built. The sound is extremely loud and we will have to add a pressure reducer to correct. Why should we have to pay for an issue that is obviously a flaw in the way the machine is made? And do we want a water pressure reducer?? How will that effect other appliances?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased my unit Sep 30,2021 with installation on Dec 10, 2021. The washer automatically determines the water based on the weight of the cloths loaded. This is a great feature me, it eliminates me guessing the water level. Plus it's saving on water usage with result being a lower water bill. I also enjoy the option whre you can select based on how soiled the cloths are that determine how long the washer will run. The dryer has similar feature as the washer. By converting to an enery efficient washer & dryer my electric bill decreased by $15 from Dec-Jan at this rate I'm expecting to save at least $180 or more this year. I have limited laundry room space, this unit has provided me with an additional 30" to use for storage space..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the controls in the middle of the dryer and washer. I always owned individual wash and dryer pairs that are side by side. However, when we downsized to a smaller house, it had a stack washer and dryer. I am not very tall. So I had to reach up every time I do laundry for the dryer. Now, with the controls in the middle, it is so much easier for me. I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the washer doesn't push all the laundry in the back. It's kinda tough to have to reach into the back to get the laundry out. As I get older, it's tough on my back. Otherwise, I love this stack design.

The only thing I would change about the stack unit is having all the wash & dry cycles on the units themselves instead of having to use the app for some, otherwise, they're amazing! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was pre-ordained we would be purchasing an over/under unit as we're using some of the extra space for our pantry. But we couldn't be happier with this machine. It's very simple to operate and extremely quiet while operating. Don't be fooled thinking these particular machines can only handle small loads you can load this puppy up much like the larger machines and still get great results. Lots of choices when it comes to wash cycles and the keypad will allow you to modify those to your liking. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a new washer/dryer. The washer spin cycle extracts so much water

Style, function and full features! What else could you ask for from a top tier company like LG. Very happy with our purchase.

Perfect combo for my space. Stackable washer and dryers were too tall for my wife. She would never be able to reach the controls on the dryer. I don’t know why they design stackable like that. This washtower is perfect with all of the controls in the center. It also makes it a more compact. It also looks great so we don’t have to hide it behind a door. It is part of our room design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stackable washer/dryer unit since I live in a condo and limited space for the unit. I also have a king size bed, so the unit had to have a large capacity for sheets and blankets. Having the controls in the middle at eye level is one of the best features, it also reduces the overall height of the unit to fit in my utility closet. It is so sleek and modern, I don't mind keeping the closet door open. It is also extremely quiet when in use, but I do love the little tune it plays when the washer or dryer are finished their cycle. You would think this unit would cost significantly more than separate stackable units, but it is not. Would I recommend, YES!! One of my best purchases.
