[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not installed this machine. The published dryer data indicated that it can be converted to side vent outlet. Although the dryer housing is set up for that conversion, LG does not offer the needed vent kit to make that conversion. Installation manuals give no instructions showing how to access the vent blower to fabricate a custom vent assembly. Doing my laundry elsewheee.

After almost 1 month, our new LG Tower system has proven to be worth the investment while fitting our small(er) space lifestyle. When you combine the physical aspect of the wash tower with the virtual monitoring through the LG app, you quickly realize that LG makes life simpler yet reliable in our fast-paced world.

We replaced an ancient stacked washer-dryer in our new beach house. And we are so glad we did. Now instead of “old clunker,” as we called it, we have our new LG unit. It is quiet, efficient, and promises to give us years of service. We love the compact size that fits the same space but offered expanded almost full size capacity due to new technologies. It also features advanced sensors and controls that assure our laundry is done right.

Everything on the washer and dryer was manual, but I was comfortable with that and a little leery of the AI that the LG washer offered. Now, after three weeks and six loads of of laundry I love my new LG washer and dryer.

I was instantly in love! Although I had to wait for a plumber to install new valves, it was DEFINITELY worth the wait! I keep telling my family how much I love doing laundry. The fact that it plays a little tune to let me know it’s finished is an added bonus. I hope I get 25 years out of my new laundry center! The Diamond Gray color is so beautiful.My old unit was behind a door in a closet. This unit is so pretty, I took the door off and just have it exposed. So happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this back in November and decided to renovate my laundry space to include cabinets and counterspace where the side by side used to take. We are still waiting on the cabinets and floor install but I can not be happier with the wash tower. It does an amazing job on the laundry, everything looks better then our previous units from another manufacture. The communication from the washer to the dryer where the washer tells the dryer basically what is just washed is great. Starting the dryer is just a matter of transferring the load and hitting start. The washer has a lot of features, even more options with the LG app. I love that it tells me when a load is finished or I can look at the app and it tells me what time it will finish. No more wrinkles from forgetting the load was in the washer. So far so good - we do a lot of laundry each week and the family loves it. In the pic you see an old kitchen base cab we slid in place for now and the spot on the floor is paint. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash tower replaced a six year old pair of single side by side units (not LG) which I thought were very good, but technology has changed a lot in six years, and this new unit is so very much better than the old ones. I only replaced them because we bought a new house and left the old ones behind, but I'm so glad we made that choice. The capacity of both washer and dryer is much more than I expected and even more than my old stand alones. There are more than enough options to wash and dry everything just as needed. It's a good thing the machines have an end of cycle sound or I'd forget they were running--just unbelievably quiet. A pleasant surprise is that the unit doesn't "walk" around: it stands right where it was installed. Wash quality is excellent and the speed of drying is shockingly fast. Couldn't be happier with the set.

I purchased this machine in the spring in order to move my laundry from the basement to the 1st floor. So far I have only been able to use it for 2 weeks (just got the hookups in) but it is a very nice machine. The dryer seems faster than my gas one and it is overall very easy to operate and seems to do a good job of both washing and drying my laundry.
