[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer and dryer work as expected. Main gripe is the dumb vibration sensor that seems to be integral to it working. The only reason I didn't knock it down further is because I have a 5 year repair warranty, but still, a less than 1 year old washer shouldn't stop working just because of a dumb sensor when the washer itself is mechanically perfect. Never been able to use the app features because it seems to hate wi-fi mesh systems so I gave up on that also. I did try turning off the 5Ghz signal and retrying, but nothing.

The new laundry tower fit the small room nicely. They are quiet and easy to use. We especially think that the mid-cabinet controls were the deciding factor in our selection of the tower. Both my Wife and I can easily see the controls now without needing a step stool for the dryer! We have all LG now in our kitchen and laundry room and find the quality to be an upgrade over other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are experiencing high heat in the final spin cycle and have been waiting for a month for someone from service to call to setup an appointment to look at what the problem might be. Not a good way to start for owning our first LG product.

When it was delivered, the delivery men couldn't install it to my water heater because of a liability on their end, which is understandable but I felt they could have been kinder in their demeanor. They came in with a "no" attitude instead of a "okay, let's figure this out" and what can we offer like the pipe parts etc. to at least help with the process of setting it up on my end. I am finding that I need to run the machine a little bit longer than I'm used to to really get my clothes clean. I'm not sure if this is due to it being attached to a water heater though. I like the overall look of the machines, they're stable, and do clean well. I love how advanced we've gotten with washing machines and it does help that the settings from the washer are transferred to the dryer. I want to read the manual to see if there are any settings I am missing out on, hopefully it has a timed wash/dry; that would be helpful. I didn't see it on the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new sleek design is the perfect pair, 2-in-1 combo I love that it's manufactured as already stacked piece and that the controls for both functions of Washer & Dryer are in the middle making it easier for the people who would normally need a step ladder to reach. As a property manager, this is the best upgrade of modern luxury I can give my tenants. My only dislike was the cord for the dryer was all the way at the top instead of in the middle making it a little difficult to install in a tight space. but I'll still give it 5 stars

I also like that there is an alarm when the washer and the dryer are finished. I also like the fact that the controls for the washer and the dryer are in the middle of the two appliances so that I don't have to reach up to the top of the dryer to turn it on.

I love the LG Washtower appliance. It is quiet and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it fit in my condo laundry space, The installer was outstanding and assured me it would fit there, and that I would be happy with the purchase.

Very convenient to have the touch controls for both washer & dryer in the middle of the unit. The remote capabilities and notification features (ThinQ) make the whole laundry process faster.

Absolutely awesome washer dryer combo. We recently redid our master bath and it fits perfectly without taking too much space. Very quiet even when running both at the same time. The only reason it is a 4/5 is because the control panel started to glitch about a month after we installed it. LG was very good about getting one of their techs to come look at and fix it at no cost to us and since then it’s been great.
