I bought this a few weeks ago and as right now I can say that this is the best purchase I’ve ever made! This washer and dryer have so much space, I’m able to make a cycle for my comforter and big amount of clothes. For me it feels like I did an investment. I do recommend this washer and dryer combo!!!

To be clear, the repair company is trying to get the part from LG. They cannot repair the machine unless they have the part. So the problem is the availability of parts. They put in the order but it is in LG hands. This is in addition to the review just written. We don't know how long it will take to repair this brand new machine.

Holds plenty of clothes for cleaning and everything has come out spotless and looking good. This model has a sleek design that doesn't even need to live in a laundry closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three weeks ago love it plays a pretty tune when done able to was my granddaughters diapers and sanitize them have a small laundry room but this enabled me to have a small freezer next to it and I took doors off laundry room so now all my appliances match and everything is open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for about a month. I have noticed that the wash and dry times are a little longer and I haven’t quite figured out how to program it to my liking. For some reason I am unable to connect the unit to Wi-Fi but I will keep trying.

I waited awhile to purchase because my house doesn’t have much room and stackable was the only option I had. This unit is nice and does the job perfectly. Moving was heavy but, teamwork helped. I still don’t understand why dryer plugs are sold separately.

They really do a great job and in half the time as my old appliances! The tower is a great space saver too.I would definitely recommend these appliances.

The most quiet of the three, easiest controls, and operation is wonderful. The design is also a huge plus as it is more modern looking than the previous units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had side by side machines and stackable machines, but this tower is the best of the lot. The capacity is much larger than in my stackable se yet with the same space saving design. Surprisingly, the unit doesn't "walk" all over as my side by side set did. I'm 5'2" tall and can easily get everything out of the dryer with ease. This is simply the best designed unit ever. The LG brand is well respected, and I expect to use this machine for many happy years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, i'm very happy having this in my home... it looks great, plays a jaunty tune when finished, can be controlled though my phone, and i think it's doing a great job? Generally trivial down sides... this machine is slow, it can take more than an hour to wash depending on selections... and the wi-fi is abominable, like if i need to use two phones, where one is connected to my router and acting as a hot spot, so the other can finalize the set up... you've done a poor job somewhere.
