I bought the tower in May 2023. I am so happy I did - the settings are in the middle of the tower which as petite person makes it easier for me to use, the fact that the laundry is "weighed" by the machines helps save time and energy when washing and drying, and the sound of the bells to indicate the cycle the machines are going through is really helpful when I am working on other projects in my kitchen.

The unit is so compact can fit in any condominiums tight spaces. So far it washes clothes very well. And user has many options to choose the type of wash depending the material of clothes. LG is a brand to trust. I had another washer for 15 years before it break down and decided to get a new one another LG. I strongly recommend LG products for the build quality and performance.

It’s been a month since my purchase and I have to say I have no regrets. I’ve never owned a stackable washer and dryer and I think now that I have one, I can’t go back to side by side. They hold as much as my old appliances do and save a lot of space in the laundry room. Love it!

I knew I wanted a stacked type washer and dryer, but as I'm short at 5'3", the dryer controls are too high on every unit and I'm not all about getting a stool every time I want to use the dryer. Enter the LG Tower series. The washer and dryer controls are in the middle! Perfect for me, and great reviews. I love it. It's so efficient with water use, the controls are easy to use and it's quiet. I love the LG ThinQ app, too. So far, I am thrilled with this washer/dryer tower. I hope it lasts for years, like my old set did. This one will save me a huge amount on electricity, so it's definitely a keeper. I HIGHLY recommend it.

The full size stainless steal tub and dryer are a dream. Plus, there are plenty of different cycles. It's the best!

This unit does all of that and so much more. It's state-of-the-art, beautiful and highly specialized.

Absolutely awesome washer dryer combo. We recently redid our master bath and it fits perfectly without taking too much space. Very quiet even when running both at the same time. The only reason it is a 4/5 is because the control panel started to glitch about a month after we installed it. LG was very good about getting one of their techs to come look at and fix it at no cost to us and since then it’s been great.

A useful feature is the washing cycle is recognized by the dryer. The just finished cycle on the washer will be preset for the dryer. We couldn't be more satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had ouur LG smart washer and dryer for 3 weeks now and cannot believe how clean, fresh, fluffy our clothes, sheets and towels are coming out. I have tested the machines various cycles and each one performs perfectly. They are simple to operate with a myriad of options for spin, water temp., clothing/bedding types, etc. I had initially had difficulty connecting the washer/dryer to the app. I requested help via the app and was answered within a 24 hour period as to how to fix the connection issue. It was easy to fix and I am now enjoying the connectivity of being able to remotely start operations or I am given a signal on my phone and/or smart watch when a load is finished washing and must be dried, or when the dryer is complete. If I cannot get to the dryer, I can opt to have the dryer spin the clothing off and on for 90 minutes so they do not wrinkle. I mean, c’mon, this is really good. I could go on and on. The cons? Sorry, none yet to report.
